酒店整體服務衹能説一般。入住期間遇到比較嚴重的問題：暖氣幾乎不起作用，房間非常冷。向前台反映後給我們換了一個房間，但情況並沒有改善，依然很冷。前台表示需要四五個小時房間才會暖和，但實際上並沒有任何明顯變化，睡了一覺起來還是很冷。最後衹能再次向前台要了一床額外的被子，才勉強熬過這一晚。整體體驗不佳，不太推薦這家酒店。

The overall service of this hotel was quite bad. During my stay, the heating system barely worked and the room was extremely cold. After reporting the issue, the front desk changed my room, but the new room was just as cold. The staff told me it would take four to five hours for the heating to work properly, which turned out to be misleading—after a full night’s sleep, the room was still cold. Fortunately, I asked for an extra blanket; otherwise, it would have been very difficult to get through the night. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here as a solo traveler and had a really good experience. The hostel has a friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and helpful staff. It’s easy to meet new people, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re traveling alone and want both comfort and good vibes!

Very cool amenities in the lobby like a popcorn machine, bar, coffee, games, tv with sports playing etc. Staff was super nice.
we had the family room, very basic and functional.
Wish the bathrooms were cleaner.

You have to put on the duvet cover and bed sheets by yourself, which is very troublesome, especially for those staying on the top bunk. The common area on the ground floor is spacious, but ironically the rooms are surprisingly small, making it difficult to move around. The bathroom is somewhat dirty, and there is no plug on the bed, only usb. On top of that, the roommates were very rude — they made loud noises in the room twice after 10 p.m., waking me up both times, and shockingly, one couple was even sharing the same bed. Overall, this made my stay a very unpleasant experience.
