Quite basic and nice hotel close to Potsdamer platz where you can easily get anywhere by public transportation. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean. Pros varied breakfast. Cons lack of air condition (temperature in the room was very hot even though the weather was around 22 degrees).

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Potsdamer station. It is clean, rooms are well equipped and staff are polite, patient and helpful. The only downside for our group was that the restaurant did not open on Friday evening (when we arrived). That said, there are so many restaurants to choose from in and around Potsdamer Platz, we were spoilt for choice.

Location is excellent. Near Underground, Bus and train stations. Also big supermarket and shopping mall nearby. Air-con is not very roboust but it is okay. Early check in ia available for 20EUR.

The rule that you need to ask for cleaning before 11am at reception is weird. The QR cosde that was given to ask for cleaning did not work and you have to sta long queue with those who check in and out in the morning. Finally, we hardly managed to ask for towels change. Strange and uncomfortable. Otherwise ok hotel in a good location.

Overall a nice experience with this hotel. Shower with bathtub was a bit dated. Very close to the metro. The area around Potsdamer Platz is modern and cold.

Right next to U-Bahn line 2, and just a five-minute walk from Potsdamer Platz. It's super convenient for dining, getting around, and shopping.
