Pet Friendly Hotels in Ya'an

This is a fantastic guesthouse, exceeding our expectations! We booked a twin room with two kids, but after checking in and showering, the owner upgraded us to a family room with two double beds – such a pleasant surprise! We extended our stay for another night. The food at the guesthouse was especially delicious; we'll definitely stay here again next time. The owners are incredibly welcoming – thumbs up! 👍

Highly recommended. When choosing a accommodation, cleanliness and comfort are the most important factors. In terms of cleanliness, it was very clean; the countertops, floors, sheets, and bedspreads were all well-maintained. As for comfort, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered scenic views, the room layout was modern and cozy, and each room had a private hot spring. The hotel's exterior was also beautiful. Furthermore, it's conveniently located, only about a 15-minute walk from the scenic area entrance. The owner was very welcoming, providing free shuttle service within the Bifengxia Scenic Area and helping with tour planning—I barely had to make any plans, as the owner arranged everything for me. The guesthouse also had many flowers, and the owner's mother cooked delicious meals, which I packed to take with me when I set off on my tour in the morning. Between guesthouses and hotels, well-run guesthouses tend to have more personal touches and are more interesting. In short, it's a place that gets more comfortable the longer you stay; warm and inviting, highly recommended.

The room was clean and tidy, and the owner was very welcoming. He helped carry our belongings as soon as we got out of the car and personally walked us upstairs, telling us to call him if we needed anything. The evening meal was also delicious, with generous portions. Breakfast included steamed buns, pancakes, and a steamed egg custard for our baby. There were also a variety of cold dishes to go with the porridge, which was really good! The entire room was decorated with a panda theme, and our baby loved it! There was even a small playground in the middle of the hall for the kids to play in! The owner was truly thoughtful!

The room was well-equipped and the landlady was very welcoming. It was already very late on the day we arrived and we hadn't eaten yet. There was another table of guests at her house. I took advantage of the annual holiday to check out Bifeng Gorge, and the environment was really good. Facilities: The central air-conditioning and floor heating of the newly opened B&B are very effective. Since we arrived late, the boss thoughtfully turned on the air-conditioning in advance. It was super warm as soon as we entered the room: the projection in the room was great, and the baby was very happy. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy Environment: There is nothing to say about the environment. The field of vision is wide and unobstructed, with a panoramic view of the sea of ​​clouds. Service: Must like! Very kind and warm! My son is a familiar 🤭🤭, and he kept quarreling with the lady at the front desk. After visiting the zoo the next day, he had to go back to the hotel for dinner. The foodie father and son lived a happy life. The boss also provided free late check-out. I will definitely go there again if I have the opportunity.

The description in the hotel description doesn't do the place justice. The villa we booked is actually part of a 3 storey building. From the pictures, it appears our booking has only 1 bathtub. In reality, there is a bath tub in a huge wash room, a living area, a tea drinking area in EACH of the 3 rooms in our villa. And there is a further living area, a kitchen, a washing machine and even an outdoor sauna outside the 3 rooms for communal gathering. Tea Master Lee was very patient in bringing us to pick tea leaves each of the 2 days we were there. He taught us how to process yellow tea one day (which requires fermentation) and green tea on the second day. We could bring back the green tea on the spot, but as the yellow tea requires time, he would mail it to us. Tea Master Lee just won a competition when we went and we totally appreciated his expertise as well as his sharing of knowledge. He was very approachable and well versed in his art. One note, we were really in the countryside and transport is not readily available such that we had to walk back one night in the dark to the hotel with cars zooming by us as we had a late dinner in the nearby town. And again, as we were in the countryside, places close early and we almost couldn't find a place for dinner as we ended our day late after hiking Mount Mengding. Distances are pretty great between places and didi is not widely used. The kitchen staff and our housekeeping staff were totally warm and friendly. It might be good to provide washing detergent since washing machines are provided.

The boss and his family are very nice. The room is clean and tidy. The location is very good. It's right next to the panda base and very close to the Grand Canyon. It's a 5-minute walk. The conditions are like ordinary B&Bs, but the price is still affordable. The key is that it's very clean and in the mountains. It’s okay! The proprietress said that they have more than 20 years of experience in cooking Chinese food. The price is affordable and the taste is great! The boss couple were very enthusiastic and took us to the zoo. The small courtyard at the entrance was very beautiful with flowers and plants. I liked it very much. All in all, it was a very pleasant trip. I will stay with them next time.

Service: Excellent, butler responded very quickly. Environment: Located in Shangli Ancient Town, very close by, and convenient for dining. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a major concern. When we checked in, we saw Polaroid camera trash left by the previous guest on the corner of the sofa. We saw this obvious trash as soon as we entered. The carpet was very dirty; it didn't seem to be washed after each guest. Given the frequent rain in Ya'an, the carpet was even dirtier. The hotel towels had stains. Facilities: The cheesecake served in the hot tub was ice-cold and very hard, looking like it had just been taken out of the freezer. It's recommended to prepare this in advance. When we went in October, the hotel was no longer providing access to the swimming pool (in rooms and public areas). I wonder if there are any alternatives for guests arriving during this period.

The inn is in a great location, with a great view from a high place. The boss and his wife are nice, kind and hardworking. They are busy all day long. They got up early in the morning to make dumplings for us, which was very touching. The boss's wife is over 50 years old and still looks pretty. She speaks softly and always has a smile on her face, which makes people like her. The food is delicious and the room is big. There is nothing wrong with it. Sincerely recommend.

We took a taxi from Ya'an Station to the hotel which was a bit remote. Fortunately, there is a restaurant downstairs, so it is very convenient not to have to eat out. The room is large and the facilities are new. It has air conditioning and electric blankets, making it very comfortable to live in. The service is very good and any needs are dealt with immediately.
