The toilet bowl was black, so I couldn't tell if the seat was dirty, but there was yellow water in it when I checked in. The sink drained incredibly slowly, making it very inconvenient to wash up. There was also a dead bug on the bed. The hotel's other facilities were fine, and the service was good, but the hygiene was truly terrible.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Basic amenities such as soap, lotion, and towels were provided, but there was no toothbrush, so do remember to bring your own. The room itself is small, and there is no daily housekeeping, so please take note of that before booking. The location is convenient, just a few bus stops from Schiphol Airport, which made getting around easy. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay, especially considering the price paid and what was provided.

To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. The room was spacious. During check-in, they asked if I preferred a king-size bed or two twin beds, which was a thoughtful touch. The bus stop for the city center is very close. Getting to the airport from the hotel costs €5, but it's much more convenient than taking the public bus. The McDonald's across the street is open until 1 AM. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was delicious, and enjoying it in the glass conservatory was a real treat.

We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.

This is my 2nd time to stay this hotel. We stayed 2nd floor room 240 this time, WIFI OK, AIRCON didn't work or we might mistook to use? And Floor was bit dusty , I regret I didn't bring my slippers. Coffee Maker was very helpful. Cups were so cute, And message on it's bottom was so funny. I found many people stole it. ”This was stplen from BASTION HOTEL.” hahaha Shower water pressure was perfect. Especially thank to Shuttle service. Thank you very much. Around check out time fire alarm was heard , tha's surprised.

Lying on it instantly dispelled my fatigue and I slept through the night. The facilities were also very complete and intelligent, and the quality was reflected in the details. The surrounding transportation was convenient and the supporting facilities were complete, which was very convenient for both leisure and work. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and both the hardware and software were impeccable. It was definitely a high-quality choice for travel and accommodation, and it was highly recommended!

The room was generally clean, but the decor is dated and the soundproofing is poor. Service was acceptable, with prompt front desk responses. It's suitable for business travelers catching early flights, but not recommended as a base for sightseeing. Value for money is just average.
