NNot a tiong kokThe room was very clean and well maintained. Basic amenities such as soap, lotion, and towels were provided, but there was no toothbrush, so do remember to bring your own. The room itself is small, and there is no daily housekeeping, so please take note of that before booking.
The location is convenient, just a few bus stops from Schiphol Airport, which made getting around easy. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay, especially considering the price paid and what was provided.

SShanzhongheshi_Hotel hygiene: just barely acceptable. The table was not wiped well. When I opened the curtain, there was a box of strawberries left behind. Hotel location: far away from the city. It takes three or four stops to get to the airport. It is suitable for tourists who go to Keukenhof to see tulips or go to the airport. If you are going to the city, you'd better not book it because it takes more than an hour to get there by bus and the commute is very tiring.

GGuest UserWe came in late on 17.12. and had a very heartwarming welcome by the two young gentlemen doing the night shift.
Not only did they help us out, organized shuttle for next day, gave us excellent recommendations for Pofferties, they also helped at 2am with internet connection and even offered to personally cover the pay of a water bottle, when I had forgotten my card - wonderful. Exactly what we needed after leaving home 26 hours earlier for traveling.

Very convenient from Hoofddorp train station. Around 5 mins walk.
Check in experience is a little waiting since only one person working.
Check out is super smooth.

ZZa ZinWe arrived in the morning after a long flight to Amsterdam. The hotel service was impeccable - they provided us an early check-in (at no cost) and gives us an opportunity to rest and shower. Shuttle to and fro to the airport is a breeze (15mins to 30mins interval). The room is huge and can accommodate up to 3 person (1 on the sofa bed). Great view too as you can see the aeroplanes queuing to fly off. Location is not too far off from the airport. Overall very satisfying stay!

KKelvin Wi enjoyed staying here - it was a bit complicated getting here by bus as there are works going on at the schiphol bus terminal - so you will need to logic your way to the right bus stop (google maps does not factor this in, so you will need to find temporary maps from schiphol along the bus stops).
when you get to the hotel it is not obvious to view from the bus station either, so again you will need to figure out how to head to the moxy, but the hotel itself from the inside is very modern and fresh looking, everything is clean, the rooms feel very up to date and the bathrooms look bright and newly fitted which is always much preferred to old and worn. there is a lot of space to sit, read, and plan your trip on the ground floor with multiple sofas and desks. once you figure out the bus it is very easy to head back to schiphol airport or to town center from the hotel.
the only thing is there is no tea or coffee station in-room, nor water, so everytime you want to boil water for tea or coffee, or even grab a drinking cup, you would have to go to the lobby and sometimes that isn’t practical as that’s also where other hotel guests are and the staff are stationed, and you just want some privacy. maybe they could put water bottles in room daily? or a water kettle?
it’s a great hotel for if you are travelling into amsterdam for a short trip and have tight schedules to the airport, such as late night or early morning flights, and you are a younger solo traveller, who wants the privacy of their own room which is a step up from a nice hostel, and doesn’t mind figuring things out a bit as part of the journey

MMasssssJust got off the plane and luckily caught the shuttle bus. The driver was really nice and waited for us. The hotel itself was pretty standard. The room was a bit small and felt a little dusty, but the bathroom was huge! One of the faucets was broken, though. We had to ask the front desk to borrow a kettle. There's a McDonald's right outside, and a bus stop nearby that goes into the city, so overall it's not bad. However, there are no convenience stores nearby, so if you need a late-night snack, you'll have to buy it in the city beforehand.

GGuest UserNot far from the airport, about a 15-minute drive. I asked Ctrip to inquire twice if the hotel had a shuttle service, and both times the answer was no. On the third inquiry, they said they did. The service was quite unprofessional.
It's newly renovated, with a decor style similar to Atour hotels in China. Housekeeping is almost non-existent; the 'make up room' light was on every day, but cleaning never happened. I had to manually call someone to clean the room.
Breakfast was very mediocre, with hardly anything good to eat, and the fruit wasn't fresh.
I recommend staying at the Radisson Blu instead; there's a huge difference.
The hotel is located in an industrial park, or at least a business park, where companies like Bayer, Omron, and Abbott have offices.
Overall, it's very average. I don't recommend staying here; the Radisson Blu is much better.
