To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! We had a fantastic stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was undoubtedly the best. Outstanding Hospitality: The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and kind. A huge thumbs up to Moran and Peter—their professionalism and warm attitude made our stay truly memorable. We were also very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel schedule so much smoother. Comfortable Rooms & Facilities: The room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and the shower had great water pressure. The kitchen and laundry appliances were all very useful and in great condition. Airport Shuttle Service: The hotel’s shuttle is a lifesaver, especially since the elevators at the nearby public bus station are currently under maintenance and only accessible from one direction. • To the Hotel: The shuttle from the airport is free. • To the Airport: It costs €5 per person, which is well worth it if you have heavy luggage. It’s a quick 10-minute ride, and we never had to wait long. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its superior service and convenience!

Soft bed—rolled and slid off the bed when I woke up—, one side used too much by guests. Cut my chin , hands hurt from the fall, neck pain for several days…. Too much perfume scent in lobby. But  was nicely decorated

The hotel is super close to the airport, which makes getting around incredibly convenient, yet the soundproofing is excellent – you can't hear any plane noise at all. The surrounding environment is quiet and elegant, and the rooms come with balconies, offering delightful views. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options and tastes great. It's really pleasant to stand on the balcony, feel the breeze, and admire the scenery during downtime. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and relaxing; everything was just to my liking. Definitely recommended.

We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. The staff was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and they responded to my needs quickly. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. Lying on it instantly dispelled my fatigue and I slept through the night. The facilities were also very complete and intelligent, and the quality was reflected in the details. The surrounding transportation was convenient and the supporting facilities were complete, which was very convenient for both leisure and work. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and both the hardware and software were impeccable. It was definitely a high-quality choice for travel and accommodation, and it was highly recommended!

Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Check-in was quick, and the stay was quiet and hassle-free. Perfect for a one-night stay.

This is my 2nd time to stay this hotel. We stayed 2nd floor room 240 this time, WIFI OK, AIRCON didn't work or we might mistook to use? And Floor was bit dusty , I regret I didn't bring my slippers. Coffee Maker was very helpful. Cups were so cute, And message on it's bottom was so funny. I found many people stole it. ”This was stplen from BASTION HOTEL.” hahaha Shower water pressure was perfect. Especially thank to Shuttle service. Thank you very much. Around check out time fire alarm was heard , tha's surprised.

Location of the hotel was great. It was a walking distance to the nearest bus stop, and there is a McDonald’s beside the hotel too. There’s free airport shuttle service which made it very convenient to travel to the airport. Room was clean and there’s a gym too.

Dit hotel is pas overgenomen en de nieuwe eigenaar en zijn vriendin zijn twee fijne mensen. Zij denken met je mee en zijn erg gastvrij. Zij hebben ons bijzonder goed ontvangen.
