A very satisfying hotel. In the Suwa area, this hot spring hotel is one of the most luxurious. First of all, the environment of the independent courtyard is very elegant, and all 8 rooms face the beautiful view of Lake Suwa, especially the beautiful view of the sunset, which is really pleasing to the eye. Secondly, the room is not only large, but also has an independent hot spring pool. The room has everything you need, so it is no problem to come here empty-handed. Toiletries, razors, various skin care and hair care products, all available. You can also go to the mixed bathing hot spring on the top floor of the 6th floor. The idea here is very unique. When entering the hot spring, both men and women have to wear special clothes, similar to swimsuits. Thirdly, each room has a separate dining room, which only takes 3 seconds to walk there. Then there is a local bar on the first floor downstairs, which provides locally produced sake. Finally, across the small road is Lake Suwa, and it is only 8 minutes' walk to the station, which is really convenient. There are many restaurants around, so there is no need to worry.
CCHIAO YINThis is the most comfortable and fragrant night of self-driving sleep on the 7th in Japan. The pillows are suitable for the height, the quilt is comfortable, and the meal is very delicate. My mother likes it very much.
GGuest UserThe location is very good. It is two or three minutes away from the station. Although the waiters do not understand English, they try their best to communicate. There is no separate bathroom in the room, but there is a wash basin to wash your face and brush your teeth. The hot spring water does not seem to be a real hot spring. There is no sulphur smell. When you take a bath. There are many Chinese and English menus in the restaurants there. The waiters don't know how to speak English. They have pictures to see pictures, no pictures, and what to eat next to the Japanese.
Location is great, it is just on the main road and by the lake. I remember there was a Lawon convenient store not far away when we drove past. We stayed there for 1 night. I highly doubt if we were given the wrong room type, as I booked a room that can see the full Suwa Lake, but the room we have got is at the corner. It is because of the cherry blossom season, there are so many mosquitos outside so we couldn't open any window. According to the information provided by the hotel, the mosquitos don't bite human, but create stains on clothings. Anyway, the room has a private onsen. It was quite small, and look a bit old. The water is very hot, though I couldn't smell any sulfur so it is not a real hot spring. As the windows can't be opened, so it is a quite stuffy inside the bathroom. The room has equipped with all amenities, but no bottled water. The hotel mentioned the water is drinkable from the tab. The room is quite clean and spacious. The mattress is quite nice, it was good for taking a rest after a whole day trip. We chose the meal package (breakfast and dinner). They were both Japanese style with a lot of dishes and options. Food is great. Nagano is not a place that produces meat, so mainly there are a lot of vegetables. With the price we paid for, the hotel services, food and everything is quite reasonable. However, the hotel is a bit old. Nothing is special other than providing a clean room to sleep.
GGuest UserI stayed one night on the weekend. There was free coffee in the lobby, and amenities were in the room, but you had to bring them along with your towel to the public bath. There were additional amenities in the lobby for guests staying multiple nights. The parking lot was large and the room was clean. The women's public bath was a little small, but I didn't encounter any other guests, so it wasn't a problem at all. The men's room seemed to be much larger than the women's. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but it was tasty and had a good selection. There was no fruit when I went, so it would have been nice if there was. Overall, I had no problems and was very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality.
66withuThe room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with local ingredients. I also appreciated the service of having coffee made to order.
