This is simply a poor hotel with tiny rooms and an awkward step up into the bathroom which could defeat older people Breakfast was included but it was a sad affair Room was clean enough but limited amenities and simply too small for a couple. Good supermarket and eating options handy but one to avoid

It's a very old building and the facilities in the room are outdated. It was crowded, so I gave up on the public bath and took a shower in my room, but the drain pipe seemed to be clogged, so the water didn't flow, which made me feel quite uncomfortable, and I wore two men's large pajamas, even among women. I had a problem because it was so detailed.

Conveniently located near Suwa Interchange for sightseeing around Lake Suwa. The road in front is quite busy. The building facilities are quite old. This is a business hotel, so it is not a relaxing facility. There is no local flavor for breakfast.

There are not many parking spaces on the premises, so you may have to park a little far away. It might be a little inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or on a rainy day. Breakfast also had less variety. Location was very good
