The atmosphere was nice, it was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was satisfactory.

The hotel was quiet and the scenery was beautiful. The first time we dined there, we were given a choice of chopsticks, and to our surprise, they were still provided the same chopsticks the next day! This small detail showed the hotel's meticulous and high-quality service. The food was also very thoughtful; the exquisite dishes and the ritualistic process made our meal a truly enjoyable experience. The waitress even made the leftover salmon and egg rice balls, wrapped them in lotus leaves, and delivered them to our room – such a thoughtful touch! Definitely worth a return trip.

The private hot spring was pretty good.

After thinking about it for a long time, I finally decided on this one. It's a little far from the station. If you have luggage, you need to take a taxi. There's nothing to say about the hardware or services. It's not big, there aren't many customers, and it's very quiet. There are two hot spring pools, indoor and outdoor, in the room. Let's talk about shortcomings. Perhaps the only thing is that the water temperature in the outdoor hot spring on the roof is not very high, and there are more bugs in this season.

A very satisfying hotel. In the Suwa area, this hot spring hotel is one of the most luxurious. First of all, the environment of the independent courtyard is very elegant, and all 8 rooms face the beautiful view of Lake Suwa, especially the beautiful view of the sunset, which is really pleasing to the eye. Secondly, the room is not only large, but also has an independent hot spring pool. The room has everything you need, so it is no problem to come here empty-handed. Toiletries, razors, various skin care and hair care products, all available. You can also go to the mixed bathing hot spring on the top floor of the 6th floor. The idea here is very unique. When entering the hot spring, both men and women have to wear special clothes, similar to swimsuits. Thirdly, each room has a separate dining room, which only takes 3 seconds to walk there. Then there is a local bar on the first floor downstairs, which provides locally produced sake. Finally, across the small road is Lake Suwa, and it is only 8 minutes' walk to the station, which is really convenient. There are many restaurants around, so there is no need to worry.

Very clean, rich and delicious food, good service, strolling around the town at night, walking by the lake, you can especially feel the local atmosphere of Japan. I have to point out that I don't know why Ctrip emphasizes that there is no private bathroom, but there is a private bathroom and shower room!
