Guest UserAs expected from a well-established hotel! The front desk service was incredibly welcoming. The hotel itself is grand and upscale, with spacious and bright rooms. It truly lives up to its reputation as the tallest building in Hokuriku, offering excellent views from the room. I didn't get to try breakfast, but the hotel boasts 7 restaurants and a sky bar, which says it all. Every service you could think of is available. It's also very close to Kanazawa Station; you can reach the station entirely via an underground passage, so no need to worry about rain or sun! The room amenities are all-inclusive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kanazawa!

Anonymous UserThe location is convenient, with bus stops and the bus terminal right downstairs. There are also many department stores nearby, making shopping a great experience. It's not far from Omicho Market and other attractions. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the room isn't small; a twin room is just right for two people. The breakfast was a bit average, but the desserts were good.

zy_sllThis is a great hotel, I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's right across the street from the JR station exit. The toiletries are complete, and the drip coffee the front desk gave me was delicious. The 7-Eleven outside the hotel is large, but they don't restock quickly enough, so you might want to buy things at the JR station and bring them back. There are tourist buses from the JR station that make getting to attractions very convenient, or you can walk to them after dinner. The Notou beef BBQ nearby is delicious and good value for money.

Very good, service, hot springs, breakfast, dinner are all good, a good accommodation experience, not too far from the station, pay extra to upgrade dinner, the beef is delicious, the wine is also good, they will take the initiative to take a photo for us before checking out, very considerate

うふまよThe large public bath, gym, and laundry facilities made for a very comfortable hotel stay. Located in the heart of Kanazawa, the hotel offered excellent access to all the tourist attractions. I was studying in my room, and the thick walls meant that noise wasn't an issue at all. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy to do on my smartphone. Although it's about a 20-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, the location was convenient for sightseeing. There's a mini-fridge in the room, so it was great to buy drinks from the nearby convenience store and keep them cold. Since it's close to Omicho Market, I skipped breakfast at the hotel and ate at the market, then came back and relaxed until check-out. Just be aware that they don't offer luggage storage after check-out, and toothbrushes aren't provided as amenities. However, all the staff were very pleasant and kind.

ella01010This hotel offers excellent value for money; it's very upscale and clean. The room with an extra bed comfortably accommodates three people, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, so no one has to fight for the bathroom. If you're driving, there's a dedicated parking lot next door for 1,000 yen per night. A skywalk connects the parking lot to the hotel's 3rd floor, making access very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Kanazawa.

HayesJsExtremely satisfied with this hotel, it's my second time staying here. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, featuring a Lixil unit bath that's perfectly flush with the room, making it very comfortable. It feels like a 1616 size, much larger than typical hotel bathrooms. The rooftop terrace near the check-in area is also exceptional, offering fantastic views of the railway leading into Kanazawa Station. The only downsides are limited parking and it's slightly pricier compared to surrounding options.
