2 minute walking distance to Halal Local Japanese Food Restaurant.
Have in room Sauna which is a surprise, a bathtub and mineral water cooler in the rooms.

The property offers many great amenities, and I especially appreciated how easy it was to borrow an umbrella — a small but thoughtful gesture during three straight days of rain.
The buffet breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes to start the day right. I also liked the eco cleaning option, which rewards you with two drink tokens — a nice way to encourage sustainable choices. Overall, this hotel combines convenience, comfort, and great service, making it an excellent choice for hikers and travellers alike.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because we wanted to visit Gotenba outlets . The location is perfect only 5 minutes drive from the outlets. The room was small but clean. The free breakfast service was great.

AAnonymous UserThe twin room was spacious and bright with two windows, but unfortunately we couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the clouds.
We were able to use the large public bath on the first floor, which was very pleasant.
It was a shame that the welcome drink time had passed while we were out for dinner. I wish we could have enjoyed it after checking in.
I was happy with the coffee service next to the front desk.

GGuest UserI stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on a business trip. The staff I met were cheerful and polite. I was grateful for the cup udon for a midnight snack. The large communal bath was also able to stretch my legs and relax. However, in terms of image, it is more like a small communal bath that can accommodate about ６ people than a large communal bath. As for the room, the room I stayed in is single, but if you can imagine the room of an old business hotel, there is no problem.
I was able to stay comfortably in the cherry blossoms and corners and my work progressed. Thank you very much

AAvimanThe hotel location is very easy, right outside the Gotemba station. They offered free breakfast buffet with great variety of Japanese and English breakfast options. They even offered a free drink an curry rice meal for dinner as our stay. The hotel room offered an excellent view of Mount Fuji as you can see in the picture included .

GGuest UserThis hotel is suitable for self-driving as public transport stops are quite a distance away, making it inconvenient with luggage. Checking in very late felt a bit odd, and I mistakenly went to an old building nearby which was quite a fright! However, many staff appeared the next morning and everything was sorted. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff, who spoke Chinese, were very helpful in assisting us with taxi bookings, which was a huge plus.

GGuest UserEvery year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!

QQuo LeI wasn't particularly particular about what I wanted, but I just wanted a place to sleep in a bed and have breakfast, so I found this place and booked it that day.
There was a self-service coffee machine and ice maker, and plenty of amenities. There was a large public bath, so I enjoyed it with my children.
The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The receptionist was also kind, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful, which was amazing.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!
