JY3691The room comes with three standard-sized beds, and each of us has individual lights and charging ports right next to our bed, which is a really thoughtful design. The room was really spacious, and we had sufficient space for three big luggages. It also comes with a dining table, chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, and a television.
The best of all, the view from our room is superb! We were really lucky, and we managed to see a clear, beautiful view of Mount Fuji straight from our room! 😍 We never expected this for the good price we paid for the hotel room that is rather basic.
Buffet breakfast was provided and tasted okay.
The hotel parking was quite a distance from the hotel, but the rate was not expensive.
Price for value, and I would recommend this stay for budget travellers.

The hotel isn't very conveniently located. It's relatively close to the Tomei Gotemba bus stop but not close to the Outlets or any convenience stores.
On a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji from the window, and also from the breakfast area, which is a nice touch.
The room was small, and the bathroom was just average.
However, the Japanese staff at the front desk had a terrible attitude!
Also, the Ctrip page isn't clear enough. It should clearly state in large font whether it's a double bed room or a twin bed room! My friend and I were shocked to find a 1.35-meter bed. We went to the lobby to ask for a room change, even offering to pay the difference, but the front desk was unhelpful, coldly stating it was either book another room or no!

Mioの旅行In order to climb Mount Fuji, I had to walk, so I stayed at this hotel near Gotemba. The location is not convenient, but it has the advantages of price and service. I checked in late and the front desk was very polite and explained the hot spring opening hours and breakfast time. Although the room is not big, the overall feeling is very clean. Breakfast It's very authentic Japanese food and it's delicious.

This is my second stay here, and hands down, it's the best hotel in the Kanto region, considering the views, location, and price. The hotel dates back to 1895, even a year older than my university! The same lovely and kind old gentleman was at the front desk for check-in; he was so friendly and even gave my child a small gift. Absolutely perfect! They also have a free microwave for guest use, which is very convenient!

Every year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!

Guest UserI booked a room based on the results of a soccer match, so I searched for a cheap place that was available for weekend reservations.
I'm a non-smoker, so I had no choice but to choose a room that allowed smoking, but I was very satisfied with the large public bath and the room, which had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji.
Breakfast was less crowded than I expected, so I was able to eat it, and they even refilled my water bottle!
I was impressed with the service, which really increased my satisfaction with my trip!

Guest UserThe good points include a pretty good location, not far from the main outlet mall. We weren't prepared for what awaited us; upon entering the hotel, we weren't greeted, but instead, someone just shouted out our room number and that it would be opened shortly. The entrance area wasn't very clean, but that's a minor detail. After entering the room itself, an overwhelmingly unpleasant smell of stale smoke hit us—this was probably the biggest downside. Then you start noticing various 'details': a meticulously packaged used ******* in a bag, and on the bottom shelf of the desk, some 18+ themed magazines. When we booked this hotel, there was no 'Adult-only' disclaimer, which caused a bit of a surprise. Overall, if you're not bothered by the smell of smoke and various adult paraphernalia, and you're traveling without children, I think it's okay for one night. We're giving this hotel a 6/10 and moving on to the next one.
