"The weather was not very good and it was raining, so it was not convenient to go outdoor sightseeing. I was thinking of driving for a half-day trip from Lake Kawaguchi to go shopping at the outlet of Gotemba. Forced to stranded in Gotemba for a night, searched from the location distance to this hotel, most importantly there is free parking provided, the price is also very affordable. As with the style of this hotel brand in the past, there is laundry, a large bath and enough daily necessities provided to provide enough equipment and facilities for a night of temporary outing. It is worth mentioning that the waiters at the front desk were very professional and hospitable, the sudden weather hindered the trip, gave assistance in this particularly helpless situation, thankfully early in the morning to unblock can return to the original hotel. Only the quality of room hygiene and cleanliness needs to be provided, the screens of the curtains are more dusty, and the cleanliness of the quilts and towels is acceptable."

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities—including the onsen and breakfast—were excellent. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed."
