I was really satisfied with this hotel! Basic English communication was fine, the environment was great, and the 7th-floor terrace offered fantastic views. There are fireworks every Saturday at American Village, and you can watch the show directly from the balcony of rooms facing American Village. The restaurant was also very good, and I loved the towel basket in the room – a huge plus for me! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

Bringing my son here for his birthday celebration. The room was fully equipped with pots and pans, the dining table was beautiful, and the sofas and chairs were comfortable. The flower shop on the first floor smelled wonderful. The location is five stars! There's a convenience store downstairs, a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and lots of restaurants. Matsuya is in the same row, and you can see McDonald's 🍔, so you can walk to AW Burger 🍔. The kids' meals at the Charm House downstairs are a great deal, and you can pick out toys. The conveyor belt sushi line is always long… There's also a Daikoku Pharmacy nearby. Honestly, I'd definitely stay here again! 😆

The room was very spacious and clean. The toilet and shower areas were separate, with the shower and bathtub areas further divided. The balcony offered stunning sea views, especially on a clear day when the ocean looked like a 'jelly sea'. The hotel's toiletries were also excellent. Oh, and there's free coffee in the morning, which you brew yourself.

The facilities are quite old overall; the faucets and air conditioning units are dated. However, it's generally clean and hygienic. There's also a paid hot spring across the street. The breakfast selection is extensive, with options for children and baby food, making it very suitable for families with kids. For services, there's a clown show and a children's sand painting activity in the evening, along with late-night ramen. As for the location, our room had a beautiful view of the evening fireworks. A taxi to the airport costs between 170-200 RMB, and there's also an airport shuttle available for booking via QR code at the front desk. The beach is just a two-minute walk away.

Clean, spacious room, conveniently situated relatively close to the ocean and American Village. Also offer free beach towel and bicycle renting, which even further improves convenience. Free breakfast includes a drink and an assortment of small, warm croissants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

First off, for anyone who wants an ocean view, I highly recommend this place! It's right in front of the sea, so the view is absolutely stunning. The photos are the scenery seen from the accommodation. The room is quite spacious, so there's no problem spreading out your luggage. The cleanliness of the room and water pressure are also excellent. The only thing is that the location is a bit tucked away in an alley, but given it's a beachfront property, I guess that's to be expected. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and overall, I was very satisfied with this accommodation!

You can see the fireworks at American Village at 8:00 PM from your room! 😍 Although it only lasts for less than 5 minutes, it's still very special. It's so tiring to go out, but being able to see the fireworks is amazing! 😘

It's very quiet at night. The only real drawback is that convenience stores are a bit of a walk. Parking costs an additional 1000 yen. The front desk is staffed during business hours, but at night you have to call them.

I kept emailing daily asking how to check-in, but customer service only responded by asking what time I'd arrive and if I needed parking. In the end, I waited 40 minutes at the entrance before I could check in. Actually, customer service could have easily told me beforehand that upon arrival, I just needed to dial 3 on the phone at the entrance to reach the housekeeper. I eventually had to get Ctrip to contact the housekeeper for me. If the check-in had been smooth, I would have had a much better experience. This apartment is big, clean, and very quiet, with complete facilities, including kitchenware and a washer/dryer. Finally, a heads-up: don't expect to walk if you choose this apartment. We always took a taxi, and it still cost 900 JPY to get to American Village.

Overall, the property is very nice, clean, and well located, which makes it convenient and pleasant for a stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience more comfortable. The rooms are quite small and ventilation is not always sufficient, especially when the bed curtain is closed, which can make the air feel a bit heavy. It would also be helpful to have a designated space for shoes outside the rooms, as keeping them inside can lead to unwanted odors and reduce overall freshness. Regarding the bathrooms, it would be good to ensure that paper for drying hands is always available, and to improve the maintenance of the air ducts to create a fresher and more comfortable environment. With some small improvements in ventilation and organization, the property could offer an even better experience while maintaining its strong points.
