"This is a great option if you want to stay right in the heart of American Village. The hotel is brand new, which really shows in the condition of the rooms and facilities. The amenities were excellent - having a washer/dryer with 2 complimentary detergent packets daily was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The in-room fridge and microwave also made it easy to prepare simple meals instead of eating out all the time. The room itself felt more like an apartment, with a spacious living area, a balcony, and an amazing view overlooking American Village. Location-wise, it’s perfect if your main focus is exploring American Village. However, beyond that, the area gets pretty quiet late at night once most of the village closes. In hindsight, I probably would have stayed further north as a base for visiting Okinawa’s northern attractions. Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing, especially after hours. During check-in, security refused to let me temporarily park in the open spaces while unloading luggage, claiming it would encourage everyone else to demand parking there. Considering the inconvenience of retrieving the car from the automated lift parking just to unload bags, the response felt unreasonable, so I ended up parking curbside instead. Things got worse later that night when I accidentally left my key card in the room. I buzzed reception for assistance, but the staff member simply kept gesturing for me to tap my card to enter and refused to come help open the door despite me clearly explaining the situation. There was also no security staff present at the parking area to operate the automated parking lift when I returned, so I parked in the surface lot instead - only to be scolded by security the next morning during check-out. Overall, the hotel itself and the facilities are excellent, but the inconsistent and unhelpful service significantly affected the experience."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it had everything we needed. While it was a bit disappointing that the kitchen lacked cooking supplies (available for an extra 1,000 yen), the overall experience was pleasant. It’s a 10–15 minute walk to American Village, and we appreciated the in-room washer and separate dryer—especially since some of my clothes can’t be machine-dried. Detergent is available downstairs for 50 yen per load. Rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay, but fresh towels are available upon request."

"Love the environment, very tidy and clean . The toilet isn’t Japanese ( ToTo) . The watching machine is at second floor . The brush and paste is very low quality it’s useless . Yeah you can easily hear traffic noises ."

"Great hotel for family. There is an owl at the lobby and turtle near the toilet and children amenities. Hotel has a shuttle to american village too. Breakfast variety is wide. I got a room upgrade (corner room) and it was huge and had great views of the sea and American village."

"Location is few min drive from American Village. Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient. The hotel has free parking but spaces are limited. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although room is not big, it is clean, cozy and comfortable. Sea view is amazing. Toilet and shower area are separated in the room. Mattress is a bit too soft, pillows are comfortable. Breakfast or take- away style (a drink and 2-3 buns), not impressive but it is still fine as room price is very reasonable. The noise from upstairs walking is sometimes loud, we could hear the steps obviously. Swimming pool is small but has nice sea view. Overall, I like this hotel."

"Hands down, this is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan. The only minor drawback is its location near American Village, which can make getting around a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car. However, if you're able to rent a car for independent travel, it's absolutely perfect! **Pros:** 1. The balcony was incredibly comfortable. In summer, you can sleep with the balcony doors open, letting the refreshing sea breeze in without needing AC. It really brought back such nostalgic childhood memories. 2. The room itself is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need – pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, and even a convenient in-room washer and dryer. A huge plus for families with children! 3. We stayed here for two nights. As we were on a family vacation with our child, we mainly explored American Village and its immediate surroundings. Aeon Mall is just 3.4km away, and there are plenty of fantastic food options nearby, like yakiniku and ramen. I especially recommend the Indian restaurant right next door – it's delicious and really affordable! 4. Our kid was absolutely thrilled, spending an entire morning on the balcony watching fighter jets fly by!"

"I chose this place specifically for its oceanfront location. It's in an area with a lot of international visitors. While the facilities aren't the newest and the room is small, it has everything you need and is quite convenient. Good value for money. They offer laundry and drying facilities, free parking, and it's not far from American Village. The front desk service is also very accommodating. If you enjoy running, taking a jog on the seawall at sunset is absolutely breathtaking. At night, you can easily head down to the beach to listen to the waves and stargaze. Definitely recommended."

"Our stay in Okinawa was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location is superb, right by the shopping district and the beach, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and everything else. Although the room wasn't huge, it was cozy and impeccably clean. The separate shower and toilet were a really practical touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and even went out of their way to recommend local eateries and sightseeing routes. Overall, it offered great value for money and perfectly suited our vacation needs. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive. Additionally and the worst thing is the overnight parking charge of ¥1000 when there's plenty of empty bays at the nearby parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel except those who want jogging by the sea and with a view."
