Bringing my son here for his birthday celebration. The room was fully equipped with pots and pans, the dining table was beautiful, and the sofas and chairs were comfortable. The flower shop on the first floor smelled wonderful. The location is five stars! There's a convenience store downstairs, a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and lots of restaurants. Matsuya is in the same row, and you can see McDonald's 🍔, so you can walk to AW Burger 🍔. The kids' meals at the Charm House downstairs are a great deal, and you can pick out toys. The conveyor belt sushi line is always long… There's also a Daikoku Pharmacy nearby. Honestly, I'd definitely stay here again! 😆

Facilities: The hotel offers coin-operated washing machines (300 JPY per wash), but thankfully, the dryer is free. Perhaps due to its seaside location, the hotel corridors and room corridors are just bare concrete, with no decoration. Cleanliness: The room has a wet/dry separation, and the shower area is great – spacious with a unique showerhead. Environment: It's very close to the sea, so you can go for a swim anytime. It's also near American Village, making it convenient for both dining and beach activities. Service: At check-in, the front desk informed us that housekeeping is only provided for guests staying 3 nights or more consecutively. They also don't change trash bags during your stay unless you specifically ask for them. For example, I had to ask the front desk for three bottles of mineral water on my second day. Overall, the service wasn't overly enthusiastic, but it wasn't bad either. Summary: The price isn't particularly cheap, but I was quite satisfied with the three beds, which were large enough for us with kids, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room lighting is a bit dim at night. Four stars for the sea view.

This is a very old building, and I don't think it's worth the high price I paid. I paid SGD 250++ per night, not including breakfast, facilities, and coffee machines are available from 2pm to 10pm It's not worth staying here! The only positive things I can say are that the sea view and the room are spacious. I would not recommend this option, as there are many newer and reasonably priced hotels nearby, all within a 5-minute walk or bus ride to the airport.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room has everything you need: a fridge, kettle, and stove, plus a washing machine and dryer, which were incredibly helpful during our trip. The room also has air conditioning and ventilation, which is a big plus. It's very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. We recommend it!

Staying at this beachfront hotel was a great experience. The location is super convenient, with beautiful ocean views right outside. You can see the fireworks at American Village at 8:00 PM from your room! 😍 Although it only lasts for less than 5 minutes, it's still very special. It's so tiring to go out, but being able to see the fireworks is amazing! 😘

I kept emailing daily asking how to check-in, but customer service only responded by asking what time I'd arrive and if I needed parking. In the end, I waited 40 minutes at the entrance before I could check in. Actually, customer service could have easily told me beforehand that upon arrival, I just needed to dial 3 on the phone at the entrance to reach the housekeeper. I eventually had to get Ctrip to contact the housekeeper for me. If the check-in had been smooth, I would have had a much better experience. This apartment is big, clean, and very quiet, with complete facilities, including kitchenware and a washer/dryer. Finally, a heads-up: don't expect to walk if you choose this apartment. We always took a taxi, and it still cost 900 JPY to get to American Village.

The rooms are quite small and ventilation is not always sufficient, especially when the bed curtain is closed, which can make the air feel a bit heavy. It would also be helpful to have a designated space for shoes outside the rooms, as keeping them inside can lead to unwanted odors and reduce overall freshness. Regarding the bathrooms, it would be good to ensure that paper for drying hands is always available, and to improve the maintenance of the air ducts to create a fresher and more comfortable environment. With some small improvements in ventilation and organization, the property could offer an even better experience while maintaining its strong points.

One word that describes my stay here “ phenomenal “ the location is very near to restaurants supermarkets parks , clinics & mall. very convenient and accessible to any transportation. walking distance also to araha beach .
