"Our stay in Okinawa was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location is superb, right by the shopping district and the beach, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and everything else. Although the room wasn't huge, it was cozy and impeccably clean. The separate shower and toilet were a really practical touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and even went out of their way to recommend local eateries and sightseeing routes. Overall, it offered great value for money and perfectly suited our vacation needs. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"This is a tough one because the staff was very kind. But unfortunately for me the amenities were a let down. The head of the bed is on the other side of the kitchen wall, so constant banging and music. The curtains have big openings on top so not the best for privacy. Light is automated and will blind you at 7am. The AC is loud and prevents from sleeping. Inside the capsule, not even a shelf to put glasses."

"The location is fantastic, and the rooms are very clean. The staff are all very polite. There was a little incident on our first night; the fire alarm blared at 1 AM, telling us to evacuate immediately. We had to go down from the 10th floor, and the staff didn't explain why, just saying it might be a false alarm but they couldn't find the cause. They wouldn't let us go back upstairs. After nearly two hours, we were finally allowed to rest, but the elevators were still closed, so we had to climb all those floors back up – we were exhausted! The hot water kettle in the room probably hadn't been used in a while as it had mold inside when I opened it. Other than that, everything else was great. I would still choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Great hotel for family. There is an owl at the lobby and turtle near the toilet and children amenities. Hotel has a shuttle to american village too. Breakfast variety is wide. I got a room upgrade (corner room) and it was huge and had great views of the sea and American village."

"We stayed on a high floor and had a fantastic view. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed for four nights, and while there was no housekeeping service during our stay, the room had three large sorted trash cans, which were very convenient to use. The kitchenette in the room was fully equipped with a microwave, a complete set of tableware, a refrigerator, as well as a washing machine, laundry detergent, and a dryer. It felt just like living in our own apartment.
The surrounding area offers great amenities, with a supermarket and many restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to American Village. The only minor drawback was that occasionally, around 10 PM, we'd hear noisy motorbike gangs, which slightly disturbed the peace.
Although it's a self check-in process, if the front desk staff are still on duty, they are very happy to assist. If we visit Okinawa again, we would definitely choose to stay here."

"Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive. Additionally and the worst thing is the overnight parking charge of ¥1000 when there's plenty of empty bays at the nearby parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel except those who want jogging by the sea and with a view."

"The hotel is wonderful with helpful and polite staff. The lobby is stocked with disposable combs, razors, creams, toothbrushes, etc., and there's also free ice cream and juices after 2 p.m. We had a stunning view of the beach from the balcony and a clean room. Breakfast was buffet-style, with plenty of fish, Blue Seal ice cream, and much more, we loved it all. We'd love to come back again."

"I didn't check carefully, but there was only a shower and no bath, and the toilet didn't have a washlet, so this will be my last stay.
The room was kept clean, but I felt a bit uneasy having the sink and toilet next to my pillow.
If you're just looking to sleep, I think the price is reasonable and sufficient for the area.
There are also chain restaurants and cafes just a short walk away.
There's parking right in front of the hotel, and the front desk service was satisfactory."

"The location is good, but you can hear helicopters and jets flying by nearby Kadena Air Base, which is quite loud. The bed and pillows were too soft and not very comfortable to sleep in, but the soundproofing was pretty good. The space is large, the bathroom has a large bathtub with strong water pressure, and a front-loading washing machine. There are self-service amenities outside the elevator, and free self-service drinks and coffee in the lobby. There is free parking downstairs. However, during my second stay, I felt that the air freshener sprayed in the hallways and elevators was too strong and smelled very bad!"

I was really satisfied with this hotel! Basic English communication was fine, the environment was great, and the 7th-floor terrace offered fantastic views. There are fireworks every Saturday at American Village, and you can watch the show directly from the balcony of rooms facing American Village. The restaurant was also very good, and I loved the towel basket in the room – a huge plus for me! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

zy144The room was very spacious and clean. The toilet and shower areas were separate, with the shower and bathtub areas further divided. The balcony offered stunning sea views, especially on a clear day when the ocean looked like a 'jelly sea'. The hotel's toiletries were also excellent. Oh, and there's free coffee in the morning, which you brew yourself.

Bringing my son here for his birthday celebration. The room was fully equipped with pots and pans, the dining table was beautiful, and the sofas and chairs were comfortable. The flower shop on the first floor smelled wonderful. The location is five stars! There's a convenience store downstairs, a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and lots of restaurants. Matsuya is in the same row, and you can see McDonald's 🍔, so you can walk to AW Burger 🍔. The kids' meals at the Charm House downstairs are a great deal, and you can pick out toys. The conveyor belt sushi line is always long… There's also a Daikoku Pharmacy nearby. Honestly, I'd definitely stay here again! 😆

KEITH WAHMy friend and I took the hostel bunk bed room style. It's affordable, about usd20-25/night. Each room has 4 bunk beds ie. can stay up to 8 people. The room is clean, the bed is quite spacious for 1 person to use. Comes with a small cabinet with built in lock to keep your valuables. Also space to put a small luggage and counter top to put some accessories eg. phone, book, etc. Their shower and toilet is also clean and well managed. Location is just 10min slow walk to American Village, while it's away from the busy crowd. Parking is just opposite. JPY400 for overnight, which I find it very reasonable. Hotel has parking lots too, but it charges JPY550/day with unlimited in/out throughout the stay.

Guest UserThe location is very convenient—about a 10-minute drive from American Village. However, there doesn’t seem to be any public transportation nearby, so it’s more suitable for those traveling by car. The room is spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms is ideal for group travel. Although there is a dryer, it’s recommended to bring some IKEA-style drying racks or other laundry equipment. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time.

Anonymous UserFirst off, for anyone who wants an ocean view, I highly recommend this place! It's right in front of the sea, so the view is absolutely stunning. The photos are the scenery seen from the accommodation. The room is quite spacious, so there's no problem spreading out your luggage. The cleanliness of the room and water pressure are also excellent.
The only thing is that the location is a bit tucked away in an alley, but given it's a beachfront property, I guess that's to be expected. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and overall, I was very satisfied with this accommodation!

It is a residence room, and the living room and bathroom were spacious, making it very suitable for two people. Basic cooking utensils were provided, and having a microwave made it convenient to heat up simple meals after shopping nearby. It was clean in every corner, but the bedding seemed a bit worn and had a damp smell. I think it would be perfect if this aspect were improved. It was convenient to have a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. However, only one small and one large towel are provided per person, and if you stay for two nights, you have to wash them before using.

Cosy little place with only 2 dorms I think, about 20 mins to the beach/ American village area , supermarket is directly opposite, beds are decent but it’s very clean and you get a towel which is a great bonus in a hostel, small kitchen you can use too which is handy, the curtains in the shower are kind of see through tho but very minor detail

ImSean10 minutes walk to American village , there are coffee and convenience stores nearby, the hotel charge extra fee for car Parking 1000¥ /day , there is not watching machine in hotel room, you need to go downstairs for laundry. The front desk services are from 3pm till 12 midnight . Overall good experience.
