The hotel is located across the road from the American Village and surrounded by a few other buildings so may be slightly difficult to find and identify. Walking to the American Village or Chatan Gateway will take 10-15 minutes. Luggage storage before is complementary and the hotel service was friendly. However water is not provided."

"It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark."
