"This resort hotel is incredibly comfortable. We stayed in the main building, which has direct access to the beach from the ground floor. They provide towels and sand toys for kids right by the entrance; just rinse everything off and return it when you're done. Front Desk Lobby: The staff are very friendly and speak both English and Chinese, so communication was easy. The lobby also offers complimentary drinks, coffee, and popsicles. It was a great way to cool down after a long day out. Room: We had a family ocean-view room, which was very spacious and featured a balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. The room came with disposable slippers and even a pair of slippers that could be worn out of the hotel to the beach. Housekeeping: You don't need daily in-room cleaning. Just place used towels and trash outside your door, and they'll replace them with fresh ones daily. I thought this was great as it offered more privacy. Breakfast: I have to praise the breakfast – it was incredibly comprehensive! All the local Okinawan delicacies were there: seafood donburi, Okinawan ramen, oden, my favorite taco rice, and even BLUE Seal ice cream. One breakfast left us feeling completely energized! Location: From the airport, take the airport shuttle heading towards American Village and get off at 'Chunaga Gate.' It's right across from Aeon Mall, and the hotel is less than a 10-minute walk away. There are many small shops nearby, making it a great area to explore at night. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back!"

However, we might have been staying in a separate building this time, and the directions weren't very clear, making it quite a hassle to find our way. Aside from that, our stay was mostly satisfactory, and the place was clean. A minor point to note is that the detached building only has three parking spaces, and if the first two are occupied, parking in the third can be quite difficult. The infinity pool is beautiful; it would be even better if there were changing rooms. The location is convenient, close to American Village, so you'll never have trouble finding a restaurant."

Nearby restaurants seem more Western and cater to the international clientele in this area. Location is a bit far from the American Village if you do not have a rental car. The balcony is a welcome addition especially when the weather is nice. In terms of amenities the kitchen is functional but the room lacks a proper working table/desk which would be a huge plus. Hotel service is excellent and friendly. The complementary breakfast is very simple but a nice addition."

"TWe stayed for one night beforehand on a separate booking in a different room type, as we needed to fly in earlier due to a typhoon approaching. Since we had to change room types for our main booking the following day, the staff were very accommodating and kindly arranged for us to check in at 13:00 instead of the usual 15:00, which made the situation much easier for us. The room was clean and tidy, and very well equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer with detergent provided, a fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool or onsen during our stay due to the typhoon, but overall we had a very comfortable stay and really appreciated the helpfulness and flexibility of the staff."

"The facility is quite old and not well maintained. My biggest concern was the visible mold on the ceiling and around the AC units in the room. Breathing in mold can be harmful, and it's concerning not knowing how serious it might be. While towels were replaced, there was no bed-making service during the stay, which was disappointing. One of the main reasons to stay in a hotel is to receive basic room service—at the very least, the bed should be made. That said, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of the ocean, and the staff were very kind and helpful."
