The location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

I had a lovely weekend at this property! It's really beautiful, well-furnished, and meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The view is also worth mentioning and makes everything even more enjoyable. Despite being close to the train station, it's not too noisy, and it's still a pleasant place to be. The location is excellent if you're arriving by train, but a bit less convenient for those coming by car: the streets are narrow, and there isn't much parking nearby.

All the basic amenities were well provided, making the stay easy and relaxing. One of the best parts is the rooftop swimming pool — stunning views, great atmosphere, and perfect for photos, especially around sunset 🌅 👉 One downside to note: The location is a bit far from Como city center. * There is a bus stop near the hotel, but buses can be unreliable and not always on time * Walking to the center is about 1–2 km, doable but not ideal (especially with kids or elderly travelers) 💡 Overall: Perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, design-focused hotel. Best if you’re planning to use taxis or have a car, rather than relying on public transportation.

Very recently updated hotel with excellent amenities where swimming pool (spa) and sauna is included. Gym equipment is very new too. The most impressive part is the breakfast that was included in our stay. Everything is made to order and you can order as much as you want. There are lots of varieties on the menu. Most we tried were tasty especially for the mini pastries

Very close to the train station, just a few minutes away, it is very convenient to go to the next stop. The room is right, the first hotel to stay in Italy, because there is a small problem with the communication, but Trip.com quickly helped solve it. Breakfast is delicious.

I took a penthouse (65 sq. m.) living room, terrace, bedroom and bathroom. Since the apartment is under the roof - slanted ceiling. Pros: price! In any hotel you will be offered a room of 12-17 m., good location, everything is within walking distance) and a lake. Availability of a kitchen and oven. Who needs it - will understand. Friendly host. The bathroom is gorgeous! Jacuzzi for two, beautiful shower for two (two shower heads), bidet. Terrace with a view of the old days))) complete relaxation. Con - well, if you expect breakfast from the owner, it will not be there, the stairs are steep. The elevator goes to the 2nd floor. You need to drag a suitcase up a narrow spiral staircase to the penthouse, but the owner helped me

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the transportation is very convenient, the room facilities are also very new, the overall feeling is very good. The breakfast is very rich, which is very prominent in many hotels. The impression is very good.

Surprising very good. Closed to railway stations and ferry. Supermarkets is just 200 meter away. Staff are friendly and offer help and even allowed us to use their dining area. Highly recommended.
