"The hotel is 2 kilometers around the hotel. It belongs to the city center. Every day, you can hear the bells of the central church. The corridor is not very good. The room is small, but all the facilities inside are very new, and there are 2 windows. The windows are particularly interesting. The sound insulation is not very good, the front desk lady Francesca is very beautiful and very warm, people are kind"

CCarolinaSousaTHE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay. I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more. I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels. Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️

EErna ZaabarI stayed for 1 night only. The room was quite spacious for the two of us. The service was great from the moment I checked in the bellboy helped with our luggage and we were served a complimentary drink. The bathroom was also very big. The location is convenient, about a 20-minute walk to Lake Como, and there are halal restaurants nearby.

烤烤只鸡翅膀It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserHotel is just charming! Authentic little suite with ancient oven, a compartment and dressed cabinet, furniture and truly from the last century. Despite this, everything is in very good condition. The bathrooms are very clean, cosmetic items taste delicious, snow towels, bed linen, everything is very decent. The first impression is a little deceptive, diving into the atmosphere of the last century, but then gradually falling in love with it, it is absolutely successfully located and has just a chic view on the lake. This small boutique hotel deserves special attention thanks to the careful staff. Good breakfasts and pleasant compliments in the lounge bar as a pleasant bonus for our stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in an industrial area, about a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Como. The establishment is new, clean, with modern and well-maintained facilities. There's a clear ambition to aim for a higher standard, perhaps even a 5-star rating, according to the manager. Unfortunately, some practices completely contradict this ambition. Parking costs €18 per day, which seems excessive given the location outside the city center and the availability of a large free parking lot for other users (particularly padel players). This gives the impression that hotel guests are being penalized without good reason. Breakfast is very limited for a hotel of this caliber: the buffet is incomplete, some dishes are extra and must be ordered separately, and there wasn't even orange juice, either on the buffet or the menu—only water and milk. This falls far short of 4- or 5-star standards. The coffee capsules in the room cost €1.50, which is surprising and disappointing for an establishment that claims to offer high-end service. In the vast majority of 4- or 5-star hotels, this kind of service is included. It gives an impression of pettiness, contradicting the image the hotel tries to project. The most disturbing point: staff entered my room in the evening, without warning, to perform a ”cleaning service.” I hadn't requested anything, and I noticed that some of my belongings had been moved. I don't like it when someone enters my room without my explicit permission or without informing me beforehand. This made me very uncomfortable. While evening housekeeping might be a service appreciated by some, it must be clearly announced or requested. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager. Instead of listening to my comments, he responded condescendingly, implying that I wasn't ”used to staying in 5-star hotels” and that this kind of behavior was, in his opinion, perfectly normal. A haughty and inappropriate response, far removed from the hospitality and professionalism expected in this type of establishment. As compensation, the manager offered me a €1.50 coffee capsule. I hope this review will help future guests get a more realistic view of this hotel. For my part, despite the quality of the facilities, I wouldn't recommend it. Customer service, attentiveness, and respect for privacy are simply not there.

GGuest UserThe stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel! The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.
