Average, not worth the money. Inconveniently organized space, not enough closet. Those who have suitcases will not have enough space for them. In fact, the main advantage is the location, it is excellent and ideal. Also new plumbing, large shower, new furniture. This is where the advantages end. There was always something missing in the kitchen - a board, a corkscrew. Catastrophically poor sound insulation. You can hear it from above, from the side, from the hall. If someone decides to hang themselves, it will be completely bad and earplugs will not help.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessia’s place. Location was perfect- accommodation was exactly like the photos. Clean and convenient. The aesthetic was beautiful!

We had a great experience staying at Alessia’s place! The room was very clean and organized with plenty of room and amenities. Best of all, Alessia took the time to give us our own personalized map, where she marked places we can go and how to get around Como. We would recommend taking the bus if you travel to Bellagio - it was a fraction of the price compared to the ferry, we didn’t have to wait in lines, and the view was even better than the ferry. This place was a great stay in a great location, and was also very affordable!

Firstly, communication was fantastic! WhatsApp was perfect for us in arranging meet up times. The apartment (bedroom w/cot for 3 adults, good size bathroom & shower and mini kitchen with table & chairs) was good size for us. He gave us quite a few recommendations for restaurants (though, this time of year not a whole lot of places with normal hours). He let us extend our check out since our train was at 1pm. The location was great, walkable to everywhere-train, docks, funicular, restaurants. There is a lift and it’s a quiet, nice building. We would definitely recommend this location!

Fantastic location in the centre of Como, but still very quiet in the apartment. We had the apartment with the outside small terrace, which was great to sit outside and relax after a day out. Apartment was beautifully set up. The host could not have been more helpful and sent messages with recommendations for restaurants, tips for boat trips and timetables for the hill railway.

Property was walking distance from train station and close to the very social Piazza Volta, but the flat was still relatively quiet. Host was amazing, had great recommendations and sent links to everything! Flat was clean and bathroom was good sized, but shower was small as are most European showers. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely place to stay, but be forewarned it is not a full service in. The location is excellent. Contrary to some reviews, parking was easy and close by. The staff was responsive when we made a request, but the place is not staffed regularly.
