Guest UserGreat location not far from railway station and De Montford Hall where we saw a show. Very polite friendly professional staff. Loved the huge room and furniture. Bottles water provided. No noise at all could be heard. Excellent tasty breakfast. All in all would most definitely stay here again.

Guest UserI was satisfied with the excellent service from the front desk staff. The room was advertised as 35 square meters on Trip.com, but the actual size was different. The room was generally clean and tidy, but it was a bit stuffy during the day because there was no air conditioning. The hotel parking lot is free, and there are plenty of spaces – great! There's also a pub downstairs where you can watch sports.

Clean, plenty parking. Good shower. Only negative was that the sofa bed was not made up for my daughter and took a while for housekeeping to make up the bed. My daughter was very tired as it was nearly 11pm. They did say requests for the bed making had not come through the booking system. She did bring cookies though :) also the EV charger was not working despite several attempts by my husband and checking with the hotel staff so without a charge made out next day travel somewhat inconvenient. One of the reasons for booking the hotel was ev charging and free parking.

Room was huge and very good if you travel in large groups, so would recommend it for that, however it was a shared bathroom.
Guest house and rooms were clean, and the staff there was very pleasant and showed us around. For a last minute booking was just what we expected.

The checking in and out process was simple with no problems. There are ongoing renovations and improvements. The restaurant was closed however delivery options and nearby eateries and COOP mini market close by. Easy access to city center by bus or a 30 minute walk along the main road through the Victoria park near the University campus. It has a convenient location with an affordable price with free parking available.
