DDioYJThis was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

PPandamingAged in Bingwu, Chunzheng four days, guest residence Yangxian, Sulong Yinxi Mountain Courtyard. The courtyard is the victory of the southern landscape of the Yangtze River, and the pillow is built in the river, hidden in the bamboo dock of Meilin. Although the town is square, the red lights are hung in the corner, the alleys are hanging in the spring, and the children are burning bamboo. Every evening, the mountains blend in and enter the Taoyuan picture scroll.
The housekeeper is particularly careful and takes care of the guests. If this is the case, the waiters in this room are in a gentle and warm mood, just like the mountain family to a distant relative, no worries or slacks.
To travel with the children, Fu entered the hospital door, the housekeeper was to Feng fireworks, the children were happy, and the laughter was loud in the court. Morning meals, especially surprises: fried fennel, rice cake soft, with a few small sandwiches, Chinese and Western flavors are available, Pinfeng flavor, and the old and young are suitable.
The courtyard where I live, the family is all over the world. The wall of Daiwa powder is surrounded by strange stones. The old plum leans into the window, and the dark fragrance floats in the morning and dusk. Pushing the window, you can see the distant mountains like Dai, the water is smokey, and the stone bridge is lying in the waves. There are magpies stepping on the branches.

The door is low-key, like a retired master pursuing the ultimate good life, but not ostentatiously, low-key yet luxurious.

The scenic area is beautiful and tranquil, the water show is enchanting, and the kiln fire show in the evening is absolutely spectacular. 3320660****The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.
