"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"The ¥300+ double room with two breakfasts, bathtub, and swimming pool felt like a great deal. Everyone was very welcoming, check-in was smooth and quick, and they even gave the kids a small gift. We were especially grateful to Uncle Tan at the door, who helped us carry our luggage to the room and then helped us put it in the car when we left. Our trip to Yixing went very smoothly; we had a great time shopping and a comfortable stay. The only downside was the ¥48 breakfast for the kids, which was a little pricey, but the breakfast environment was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The wontons were very tasty and delicious."

"Location: Superb location right in Yixing's new CBD, by Dongjiu Lake. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping with malls like Wanda Plaza and Baibian nearby. Yixing Museum, Art Gallery, and Poly Grand Theatre are all within walking distance. Dining Experience: The 60th-floor restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and you can enjoy a panoramic lake view while you dine. The buffet is incredibly popular, attracting even local residents. It boasts a diverse selection of dishes, and the taste is excellent. Facilities: I highly recommend the indoor heated pool, which features a stunning glass ceiling and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitness center is also well-equipped. Service Quality: From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any request. The service was top-notch, making the overall experience truly exceptional. Overall, my stay was excellent and it's perfect for both leisure and business trips."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Wanda Plaza and close to Dongjiu Park, making it super easy to grab a bite, have a drink, or just enjoy a leisurely stroll. I was so happy the front desk upgraded me to an executive king room! I got to experience the city view from the 21st floor, and the hotel service was prompt and efficient. The room itself was quite spacious, and with the full-length mirror and glass, it felt even larger. Although you could tell some of the internal facilities were a bit older, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the view from the window was lovely. I also tried the swimming pool area, which was quite good – very clean. Plus, the pool offers a lake view, so you can swim and enjoy the scenery at the same time, which was a nice little bonus. The only minor drawback was that they weren't very prompt in refilling breakfast items. For two consecutive days, I had to wait a long time for them to replenish the dishes that had run out. The breakfast quality was okay, pretty standard, but for someone like me who enjoys noodles, fruit, and bread, it mostly met my needs, haha."

"The room was very comfortable, with a very reasonable layout and complete facilities, including a pour-over kettle, coffee and tea, a refrigerator (with cola, soda water, and ice water), a TV with screen mirroring capability, a night light, central air conditioning, a temperature-controlled toilet, and bathrobes. The entire hotel was clean and elegant, suitable for business trips, leisure travel, or short breaks. A pleasant fragrance greeted the eye upon entering, and there was a coffee/bar in the lobby on the first floor. Soundproofing was excellent. The service was attentive and thoughtful, check-in was efficient, and the staff were always smiling. Even takeout was delivered to the door by a robot. A crystal hand warmer and hand cream were provided. 💐"

"This trip to Yaohu Town was specially chosen from several potential destinations, and I'd been planning it for a long time! My relatives' two kids haven't traveled much domestically, so everything was new and exciting for them. The Yaohu Grand Hotel is right inside the town, it's very large and impressive, and quite photogenic. The hotel's back exit leads straight into the town (I'd suggest skipping the mini-train; it's crowded, noisy, and nothing special – better to just walk around). There are quite a few scheduled events, but the 'Appointment with Birds' show was the most memorable – you absolutely have to see it! Here, you can experience the thrilling and startling sensation of large raptors like fierce North American bald eagles, African vultures, and black kites skimming right over your head, something you've probably never felt before! Of course, there are also gentle white storks and red-crowned cranes that you can see up close. The evening musical fireworks display and the dragon-shaped water show were also pretty good, though similar shows exist elsewhere, so perhaps they aren't standout features. Other performances mainly involved costumed dances, which are also common in many places and not particularly unique. The entire town isn't fully completed yet; many shops are still empty, so the commercial atmosphere is a bit lacking and needs further development. Finally, I have a small suggestion for the Yaohu Grand Hotel: since the hotel is very large and the room layout has inner and outer circles, the room signage at the end of the corridors after exiting the elevator isn't clear enough. It indicates only one direction when you can actually go both ways, which is misleading. I recommend the hotel adds a comprehensive room layout map, which would be much clearer for such a complex layout. Also, my agreed check-out time was 2 PM, but when I returned to my room after 1:30 PM, I couldn't open the door. After calling the front desk, they said someone would come to open it, but I waited for about 10 minutes. The staff member was casually walking while looking at their phone until I said, ”Could you please hurry up?” and then they jogged a few steps. I hope these issues can be improved quickly!"

"Advantages: I am in a good location, a ten-minute walk from Longbei Mountain Park, there is a large RT-Mart supermarket across the road, convenient for eating and shopping. There are many parking spaces on the ground, and it is very convenient to drive in and out by car. The bedding in the room is comfortable, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, and the mobile phone screen TV is very convenient. The shower water is warm and stable. The lobby water bar has a good atmosphere. Lack: No bathroom plastic slippers, non-slip mats, not very friendly to elderly homes. In addition, the front desk service awareness is worrying. When checking in, I asked if I could arrange for the robot to send a few bottles of drinking water to the room. I replied that the water at the front desk was relatively small. Let us see the corridor cleaning car and ask the aunt for a large bottle of water. In the end, there is no robot to send water, so the default guest should go to the cleaning aunt to ask for water? ? I hope that I can consider more questions from the perspective of the guest."

"I added Leo on WeChat before check-in, and he thoughtfully sent me check-in instructions. A butler also picked us up on the day of check-in, and overall it was a great experience. What impressed me most after checking in was the attention to detail – the coffee machine, Dyson hairdryer, and fully automatic curtains in the room were all excellent. Thanks to Leo for arranging a room with a relatively good view for us. I especially want to thank him; we originally wanted to buy a birthday cake for our elderly relative, but after mentioning it to Leo, he gave us one as a gift – very thoughtful. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I highly recommend it."

"We stayed in a triple room at the Kiln Hotel, which was very spacious and offered a distant view of the B-line mini-train returning to its station. The lobby, with its red brick dome, was incredibly well-designed. A special thank you to our concierge, Tiffany, who communicated with us in advance to confirm details. Despite being pregnant, she was still diligently at her post, meticulously and thoughtfully explaining the scenic routes. She was both gentle and professional. I was truly touched by her dedication and professionalism, so I absolutely have to give her a five-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel is very new and elegantly furnished. Due to low season, our room was upgraded. Location wise, the hotel was 1 km away from a Yaohan mall with a big supermarket and lots of food options. Breakfast selection in the revolving restaurant was good and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff 小陆 was exceptional in her service and attentiveness. We are impressed with the hospitality shown to us."
