"The ¥300+ double room with two breakfasts, bathtub, and swimming pool felt like a great deal. Everyone was very welcoming, check-in was smooth and quick, and they even gave the kids a small gift. We were especially grateful to Uncle Tan at the door, who helped us carry our luggage to the room and then helped us put it in the car when we left. Our trip to Yixing went very smoothly; we had a great time shopping and a comfortable stay. The only downside was the ¥48 breakfast for the kids, which was a little pricey, but the breakfast environment was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The wontons were very tasty and delicious."

Breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and you can enjoy a panoramic lake view while you dine. The buffet is incredibly popular, attracting even local residents. It boasts a diverse selection of dishes, and the taste is excellent. Facilities: I highly recommend the indoor heated pool, which features a stunning glass ceiling and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitness center is also well-equipped. Service Quality: From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any request. The service was top-notch, making the overall experience truly exceptional. Overall, my stay was excellent and it's perfect for both leisure and business trips."

"This hotel is perfectly situated by Dongjiu Lake, right next to Wanda Plaza, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and visiting museums. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct lake views. The mattress was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped heated pool and a gym. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, and the noodle station at breakfast was outstanding. "The room was very spacious and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even had hand-drip coffee in it! What a delightful surprise! The only downside was that the lights at the sink and in the bathroom could only be switched on and off together, which was a bit inconvenient at night. There were charging stations in the parking lot, making it convenient for electric vehicles and drivers. It's very close to the Yaohan Department Store and not far from Tao Erchang Ancient South Street. Very convenient."

"Choosing Yaohu Hotel was perfect for a short trip with my parents. The hotel is very close to the town and offers a shuttle service, so we didn't have to walk long distances. The room was spacious and clean, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring my parents had a very peaceful rest. The breakfast offered a good variety of light and soft foods, perfectly suited to older palates. The town's walking paths have cobblestone streets, which aren't very wheelchair-friendly, but the环湖路 (Huanhu Road) around the lake is flat and easy to navigate. The lake views are expansive and the air is fresh. We took the scenic mini-train to effortlessly enjoy the mountain and lake scenery without any strenuous uphill climbing. The pace of the area is relaxed; we could browse the Zisha Culture Museum and see intangible cultural heritage exhibits. In the evening, there was ample seating at the water show viewing area, so no need to squeeze in or stand. The entire trip was easy and not tiring. The scenery was elegant, and the service was attentive, taking good care of my elders. It was a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, making it ideal for seniors to relax and recuperate. The experience was comfortable and peaceful."

"I added Leo on WeChat before check-in, and he thoughtfully sent me check-in instructions. A butler also picked us up on the day of check-in, and overall it was a great experience. What impressed me most after checking in was the attention to detail – the coffee machine, Dyson hairdryer, and fully automatic curtains in the room were all excellent. Thanks to Leo for arranging a room with a relatively good view for us. I especially want to thank him; we originally wanted to buy a birthday cake for our elderly relative, but after mentioning it to Leo, he gave us one as a gift – very thoughtful. "We stayed in a triple room at the Kiln Hotel, which was very spacious and offered a distant view of the B-line mini-train returning to its station. The lobby, with its red brick dome, was incredibly well-designed. A special thank you to our concierge, Tiffany, who communicated with us in advance to confirm details. Despite being pregnant, she was still diligently at her post, meticulously and thoughtfully explaining the scenic routes. She was both gentle and professional. The room's cleanliness and environment are great, and any issues are promptly addressed. I do have a few suggestions: 1. The hotel's smoke control could be improved. There was a smell of smoke in the room, hallway, and even the restaurant. 2. When ordering takeout, we had to wait a while for staff to deliver it to our room. I suggest using a delivery robot for a more convenient and faster service. 3. The breakfast selection could be more varied, with more local specialties included."
