There is also a small terrace to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. But the only fly in the ointment is that the experience of the service team seems to be insufficient. Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs. When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem. Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end. When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude. Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team.

I came specifically for this hotel, and it absolutely lived up to its reputation. Among Yaohu, Yaocun, Hushan, and Mingsu, choosing Hushan was a wise decision. Yaohu and Yaocun are too large and crowded; during peak times, checking in at the front desk can take at least half an hour, and the lobby is packed. A single call to Yaohu Grand Hotel and Hushan will pick you up directly. You can take a shuttle or walk; walking is actually more convenient if you don't have much luggage. Hushan is located in the town center, with all sorts of dining, drinking, and entertainment options conveniently nearby. The location is excellent, and the service is outstanding. They personally escorted me to my room and only left after explaining all the internal facilities. I found the breakfast to be very exquisite.

The B&B is generally very good. Breakfast and dinner need to be improved. The small cakes for afternoon tea are not only beautiful but also delicious. The service is very good, and every staff member I met is very gentle. The B&B has a lot of activities, and the rubbing and clay are very good. The handicraft of making tea is not well done. If it is replaced with other things such as lacquer fans, it will also be good. In short, it is worth a visit.

I took advantage of the National Day holiday to visit Yixing and chose the second most popular hotel in Yixing at the time. I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. Even before checking in, the butler, Gao Yuan, thoughtfully contacted me about my check-in time and other details, recommending various member activities within the hotel. He was always responsive and provided excellent service. I even tried the hotel's boat tour and travel photography services – everything was perfectly arranged. The area around the hotel is like a mini-Nianhua Bay, with restaurants and attractions all within easy reach. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning views at every turn. The room was fully equipped with thoughtful details: the bed was height-adjustable and offered massage; the bathtub had disposable liners and bath sponges; there was an instant hot water dispenser; and the complimentary eco-friendly tote bag was perfect for photos. …Everything here was convenient and cozy. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

At the end of the summer vacation, I went on a family trip, so I chose Junlan in Hidden Dragon Valley and booked a villa on the mountain. It completely exceeded my expectations. What I have always told my children is that this time I will live in the mountains and be picked up by a shuttle bus. The room is very spacious and there is a bathtub on the large terrace. The room is still very clean, there is a Dyson hair dryer, and there are plenty of drinks and welcome fruits at the bar. The children’s favorites are the Happy Paradise and the infinity pool on the mountain. The indoor naughty castle is still very clean. My sister can stay in it for most of the day, which is best when the sun is shining brightly. In the evening, the park is not so sunny, and the projects outside are quite suitable for my sister. It is very humane for hotel guests to enter and leave the park multiple times. In addition, I also tried animal feeding, African drum teaching, water sofa and off-road vehicles, and there was still more to enjoy. The next night, I took my sister to see the light show at the door, and when I came back, I took the challenge of climbing the mountain on the ladder. I am very satisfied with this trip, especially the service ambassador Meng Qingwen, who provided us with various strategies before departure. He was really angry and considerate. I originally wanted to extend my stay, but my sister wanted to try the downhill castle style hotel, but she put it on hold due to other reasons. We will make an appointment next time.

This is really rare in scenic B&Bs, don't worry about the sun and rain, parking is safe and convenient, give a compliment to the hardware facilities of the B&B. The supporting facilities in the room are also very complete, the quality is good, and the living is very comfortable. 👨💼 Butler service: The butler service here must be praised! From booking to check-in, communication is very smooth. The butler is kind and responds quickly if there is a problem, and gives us a lot of suggestions for playing, as intimate as friends.
