"The hotel is located less than 10 kilometers from Yixing Station, with major shopping centers like Wanda Plaza and Babaiban nearby. Yixing Museum is also conveniently within walking distance. However, popular attractions such as the Bamboo Sea and Pottery Factory No. 2 are quite a distance away. Our room was very spacious and offered an unbeatable view. On the downside, the facilities felt a bit dated – for instance, there were no charging outlets by the bed, suggesting the room hasn't been updated in quite some time. The elevators were also quite noisy, which even light sleepers might find noticeable late at night. Breakfast is served on the 60th floor. The selection remained largely identical throughout our two-day stay. Do note that children taller than 1.1 meters are charged 58 RMB for breakfast."

"The room was very comfortable, with a very reasonable layout and complete facilities, including a pour-over kettle, coffee and tea, a refrigerator (with cola, soda water, and ice water), a TV with screen mirroring capability, a night light, central air conditioning, a temperature-controlled toilet, and bathrobes. The entire hotel was clean and elegant, suitable for business trips, leisure travel, or short breaks. A pleasant fragrance greeted the eye upon entering, and there was a coffee/bar in the lobby on the first floor. Soundproofing was excellent. The service was attentive and thoughtful, check-in was efficient, and the staff were always smiling. Even takeout was delivered to the door by a robot. A crystal hand warmer and hand cream were provided. 💐"

"We booked two separate nights, fearing our child might have a last-minute class. Fortunately, they didn't, so we spent the two nights at Chunshan without worrying about the crowds. We mostly stayed at the hotel, eating, drinking, and exploring. The hotel's food was excellent, and the free snacks in the refrigerator were delicious, especially the white pepper cookies. They were so good I couldn't resist searching on Taobao and immediately ordered dozens of them. The front desk and restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the housekeeping was responsive. The turndown service was excellent and attentive, including eye masks and earplugs. After checking out, we sat in the tea room for a while, and the waiter asked us where we had put the two afternoon tea spoons in the room. They said they had lost them when housekeeping was done. We were a little confused, as they should have been on the plates. The child said they'd peeled an orange after eating the cake, so perhaps the peel had covered them? A little later, the waiter confirmed they'd found the two spoons in the room. The room attendant could have done a thorough search instead of asking the guest first, which seemed rather abrupt. So, a little more attention to detail would have been even better. However, the flaws outweigh the merits, and overall, I really liked Spring Hill. My two children rated it slightly worse than the Ritz-Carlton Hideaway, but about on par with Aman, which is a very high rating."

"Very satisfied with the May Day trip. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the smiling faces of the hotel staff. They basically responded to my requests and were child-friendly. The snack cart was really great. I wanted to eat a few bites every day. There were pineapple cakes every afternoon, sweet soup in the evening, and breakfast for three people. Fruits were available at the front desk. I was not dissatisfied at all. I will come again next time."

"The hotel's location is excellent for visiting Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The property itself is in great condition, with fantastic facilities. The infinity pool on the mountain top is a real highlight. The kids absolutely loved feeding the alpacas and ponies, and the dinosaur park is definitely worth a visit. The service was excellent – very warm and proactive. The electric cart service was incredibly prompt, which we really appreciated. Our dedicated butler, Xiao Lei, was very friendly and made our stay so much easier, essentially fulfilling every request. Just a small suggestion: the breakfast was good overall, but it would be even better with a bit more variety."

Sometimes I was in a hurry and left my clothes in the room, and then I took the power bank in the hotel lobby home... Thank you to Mr. Li Zhi, a hotel staff, for helping me find the clothes and sending them to me, and also helping me put the power bank back to its original place. Thank you so much🙏"

The room's location was great, right below the entrance, and the shuttle service for hotel guests within the scenic area was very convenient."

"My husband and I spontaneously decided to visit Yaohu Town for a relaxing getaway, and we booked this hotel. The environment is lovely, and they offer a shuttle service to the town, which is super convenient. The room's soundproofing is excellent too. We specifically booked a larger room and had a very comfortable stay. Plus, you can see the mini-train from outside!"

"Weird stay. They upgraded us to the best room on the top floor. Superb views. Then they told us the wrong time for the indoor pool closing. Leaflet said 9pm, they confirmed, then it closed at 5pm. After assertively reminding them what they had told us, they allowed us to swim. Their outdoor pool was closed for repairs, which had been a reason for staying. Later that night, two dudes were smoking outside our room - not good with a pregnant wife - so they moved us to the floor below to another room. Excellent value for money in terms of what's included but some parts of the jigsaw weren't in place."
