The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The entire property was impeccably clean, making my stay even more enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service!
Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so delightful!

GGuest UserI highly recommend Sunflower Homestay! The rooms are cozy and clean, and the owners are incredibly kind. I'm grateful to the owner for taking me to see the red-crowned cranes and introducing me to nearby attractions. The owner's wife also cooked a wonderful meal; it truly felt like home. The environment is very welcoming, and all the necessary amenities are provided. It's very close to the nature reserve, and the price is excellent. I'll definitely come back again!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are clean and sanitary. There is a self-service afternoon tea in the lobby. Special thanks to the guest relations director Chen Lixiang for the attentive service. The hotel staff have very good attitudes and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel is close to the North Golden Eagle Commercial Pedestrian Street. I won’t go there next time. The second choice, Jinfan Wanyuan Hotel, feels the warmth like home👍👍👍!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, with RT-Mart and pedestrian streets nearby. You can walk to Red Lantern in the morning to eat fish soup noodles and big meat buns. The hotel service is very good and responsive. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, the toilet flushes automatically, the shower has a strong flow, the bed is very comfortable, especially the pillows are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed in. The hotel has an underground parking lot with convenient access. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good, which should be a common problem in major hotels. I will stay at Atour again next time.

TTime Traveller123This wasn’t my first time staying in Mingcheng Jinjiang hotel but I must say this time they reminded me how great they are.. I contacted them in advance asking them if they will provide temporary residence registration form. They were super professional especially Sandy Li, who made sure the form was ready. Check-in was smooth and quick, car parking was super convenient. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I asked for a bottle of water, they sent 3 bottles. They were amazing throughout my stay there. It’s a pity I missed breakfast both days as I woke up late hahaha.. but overall an amazing experience.. will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yancheng.

LLampard777The hotel is located in the Dayang Bay Scenic Area, with a good location and convenient access to the scenic area. I booked a private hot spring room with its own hot spring pool. You can take a bath at any time and it is very private. The hotel facilities are also good, with smart toilets and coffee machines. After booking for two days, pastries, fruits and mini bars are replenished every day, which is a good comment. I specially booked the cherry blossom period. The cherry blossoms in Dayang Bay are in full bloom, which is very beautiful. You can take pictures no matter how you shoot. The scenic area is very large. If you are tired, you can contact the hotel butler to help you transfer back to the hotel. Overall, I feel very satisfied with this trip. Finally, I would like to thank a young lady at the front desk! At that time, I had just checked out and was ready to call a taxi to the high-speed rail station. Because the hotel is in the scenic area, the taxi driver needs to drive in from the east gate. The driver couldn't find the hotel and directly canceled the order and left. The front desk lady was afraid that I would call a taxi late and miss the high-speed rail, so she drove her own car to take us to the high-speed rail station. It was a very considerate service. I will come again in the future!

GGuest UserThe Hotel seems located in an area which you can find several funny locations surrounding such as night bars, music, billiards and many local small restaurants. The hotel rooms are small but I believe it was clean and safe. each room has enough space for 1 to 2 person. The internet was working properly. A small TV, and private bathroom. It also has a small window for the rooms in from of street exactly beside the bed which make it convenient to open and close while you are at rest. With this budget I like the location and cleanness. I strongly advice try it if you are near this hotel location. The fees are less than a hundred. Finally, I thanks the hotel manager for hospitality.

1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected.
The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds!
I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights.
The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer.
Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.

It is only 40 minutes drive from Yandu City, with idyllic scenery along the way, and accurate self-driving navigation. The free parking lot is spacious and sufficient, with plenty of parking spaces, and there is no pressure to travel by car. The hotel provides intimate shuttle bus, round-trip entrance and various attractions, and luggage is super convenient. Public transportation is convenient, Yancheng Station bus K5 line can be reached, 10 minutes walk to the hotel. The room hygiene is impeccable, there are no dead ends on the ground and corners, and the desktop is spotless. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, clean and tidy every day, no smell and no stains. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, dry and transparent, the sanitary ware is as clean as new, and the anti-slip treatment is in place. The overall environment is elegant and beautiful, and the Southern Song Dynasty architectural style is matched with new Chinese decoration, simple and atmospheric. Surrounded by garden waterscapes, small bridges and flowing water, lush green plants, one step at a time, and the shots are blockbuster. The night lights are shining, the night view of the water town is quiet and comfortable, and the lake breeze is super healing. The rooms are spacious and bright, with sufficient area, reasonable layout, and comfortable living is not depressing. The air conditioner is quiet and comfortable, the hot water is stable and sufficient, the temperature is constant for 24 hours, and the bath is super smooth. The lighting is soft and warm, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and there is no interference for a good night's sleep. The sound insulation effect is excellent, the corridor is isolated from the outside noise, and the rest quality is full. 24-hour front desk service, Xiao Tao at the front desk checked in efficiently, was enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the attractions. The staff are polite and friendly, the demand is responded promptly, and the water and goods are delivered on call. The supporting facilities are complete, including gym, children's playground, book bar, to meet the needs of the whole family. Breakfast time 07:00-10:00, plenty of time, not afraid of sleeping late. Chinese and Western styles are taken into account, local characteristics are full, freshly cooked small wontons, Yangchun noodles are super authentic. The ingredients are fresh and the categories are rich. Special dishes such as wonton powder Yuanzi and Dazonghu Lake Fresh must be tasted. The service is intimate, the restaurant waiter takes the initiative to change the bone dishes and add drinks, and the dining experience is superb. At night, you must see the sunny sky and water show, the lights and water curtains are intertwined, and the audio-visual shock. There are antique cruises and bonfire parties from time to time, which are interactive and full of atmosphere. The front desk can collect the performance schedule, a variety of performances are covered throughout the day, and the itinerary is not boring. The advantages of living in the scenic area are full, and you don't have to catch a car to go back to the hotel after watching the performance.
