"1. There's a large free parking lot right outside, but without barriers, many cars drive in, making it difficult to find a parking space at night. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and snack stalls nearby, about a ten-minute walk away.
2. The rooms are spacious and very high, making for a comfortable stay. It was quite cold in January, but the air conditioning warmed up quickly. However, the air conditioner isn't very quiet; perhaps it's old?
3. Both inside and outside the rooms are quite quiet, and there were no customers talking outside at night. The breakfast selection is extensive and quite delicious, and the environment is nice.
4. I sincerely suggest the hotel change the pillows. The bedding is adequate for this price range, but the pillows are really uncomfortable; they're so soft that my head sinks into them."

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, close to the commercial district and Twin Lakes Park, perfect for a stroll or exploring. Check-in was quick, parking was easy, and the room had all the smart devices you could need. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. I'd definitely choose this place again next time!

GGuest UserThis time I had a great experience staying at Sheyang Qianhe Lake Hotel! The hotel environment is beautiful and pleasant, and the service is even better. I especially want to praise the two staff members Zheng Qingxia and Li Mengzhao at the front desk. They are beautiful and kind, and their service is considerate and thoughtful. Knowing that I want the room to be next to the elderly, they thoughtfully upgraded the room for me and arranged it properly. I must give a good review and I will come again next time!

AAnonymous UserMs. Qian at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The room itself was exceptionally spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large bathtub that could be filled with hot spring water for a relaxing soak. Welcome fruits were a nice touch. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the building opposite; just remember to bring your own swimwear, goggles, and cap. It's open until 9 PM. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and was served until 9:30 AM.
The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the large room when we first entered, likely from a previous guest. We had to open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan, and it still took most of the day for the smell to somewhat dissipate. I hope housekeeping can thoroughly ventilate rooms if they detect any smoke, as second-hand smoke is really unpleasant.

The sanitation is quite in place, the room can not see the obvious dirty, the bedding, the tabletop, the bathroom are clean and tidy, and the living is very comfortable. The location is really nothing to say, the location of the city center is super convenient, and the room area is large enough, the activity space is sufficient, and there will be no cramped feeling. The facilities are very complete, and it is actually equipped with intelligent voice speakers. The daily control of lights and curtains is particularly convenient, which is an unexpected surprise. The front desk staff has a good attitude, basic etiquette is in place, and the communication is very smooth.
If it is small, the sound insulation is ordinary. My room is facing the road and can hear the sound of traffic. However, most hotels in the city center are so understandable. In addition, there is a small confusion related to personal preferences: I am used to using a smart TV remote control, but the front desk said that I can provide a set-top box remote control. The reason is that I am afraid that the guests will adjust it. This is not the same as the hotel I have stayed in before. It is slightly inconvenient, but after all, it is a personal demand and does not affect the overall score.
Overall, the problem is not big, the price is online, I will consider staying next time, I hope to meet the needs of smart TV remote control.
