Exceeded expectations. Staying during the Spring Festival, suitable for vacation, good sanitary conditions, relatively new hotel facilities, good quality of disposable supplies, courteous and patient staff, go to the gym at 9 pm, the staff also specially opened all the facilities, no complaints because the is a person to use. Breakfast is especially recommended. The ginger bump milk is unexpectedly delicious. The freshly cooked fish soup noodle fish soup is delicious. The freshly baked radish sesame cake is too fragrant.

Stayed here during Labor Day, so it was quite busy. Check-in took a while. The room had standard budget hotel decor, but a nice perk was the balcony. Being close to Huanghai Forest Park meant good views and fresh air. The smart TV in the room wasn't working. I spent ages trying to fix it. When I called the front desk for maintenance that evening, the technician came, took one look, and just said, 'None of the TVs in the hotel rooms are working, haha.' What a waste of time; they could have just told me that over the phone. Also, the electrical outlet on the bathroom wall was broken and very loose – a real safety hazard. And the shower door wouldn't close properly, always leaking water onto the floor. However, the hotel did provide free tickets for three to Huanghai Forest Park, which was a nice bonus. P.S. We also had dinner at the hotel. It was a set menu, but the service was very slow, and the food was just okay.

After comparing several hotels on Ctrip for our National Day holiday, we chose this hotel. Our room, located on the first floor, was very spacious and elegantly decorated. The bathroom and toilet were on either side of the entrance, and the shower room even had a soaking tub. Beyond the glass sliding door, there was a small, open courtyard with a table and chairs. Facing a vast expanse of reeds, the setting sun shone beautifully. Sitting quietly in the courtyard, feeling the breeze and listening to the chirping of birds and insects, it felt like a serene paradise, a truly relaxing experience. The natural surroundings are superb. The staff were warm and courteous. I highly recommend the professional service of Mr. Sun, the security guard, Mr. Ge, the restaurant manager, and the handsome receptionist on the afternoon of the 8th. 👍👍 Cons: The location is remote, transportation is difficult, takeout is scarce, taxis are almost non-existent, and the bus service is limited and requires waiting. The breakfast selection and ingredients were acceptable, but perhaps due to the eco-friendly environment, there were occasional ants crawling on the table, and 5 or 6 of them were crushed on the napkin. Lunch and dinner only had set menus priced at 100 yuan per person, which I didn't have the opportunity to try due to travel plans. Overall, it's a great value, a quiet place with endless natural scenery. I love it. The hotel is very close to the Red-crowned Crane Wetland Park and the Intertidal Zone Art Village, and is easily accessible by bus.

This stay was exceptionally good. The hotel upgraded my room for free, without me having to say a word; it was so easy to understand. Since it was late at the end of the month, the late check-out allowed me to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the environment was great, and I was very satisfied. The group-buy deal offered great value for money. The environment was nice and quiet, which, on the flip side, meant the location was quite remote. There were no shops or restaurants nearby, and it took over ten minutes to drive to the nearest town. This hotel is really only suitable for those traveling by car and planning to stay put. Which brings me to the main issue: if guests are expected to stay within the hotel, the entertainment facilities should be top-notch, and there's a lot of room for improvement here. For starters, many of the machines in the 3rd-floor fitness center were broken. The kids' play area was tiny and offered nothing engaging to do; it felt like a half-hearted effort. We took our child there, walked around once, and ended up going back to the room to sleep and watch TV. The hotel staff seemed understaffed and, for a resort hotel, lacked enthusiasm and interaction. Finally, regarding the hot spring center: the outdoor pool was dirty, the hot spring pools were cold, and the wave pool had tiny waves. If it weren't for the complimentary tickets with our stay, it wouldn't have been worth visiting at all.

We stayed here during the May Day holiday. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, so the shuttle service was very smooth, and check-in was prompt. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, offering complimentary fruit. We had children with us, and the staff were very friendly towards them, which was a big plus. The kids also enjoyed the hotel's activities – everything was great. I do have a few minor suggestions: When checking in with children, it would be helpful to proactively ask if they need kids' toiletries and slippers, rather than waiting for guests to request them. The mosquito repellent in our room was nearly empty, and despite calling twice, it was never delivered. Also, there was no information provided about the hotel's facilities, leaving guests to figure things out on their own.

Ms. Qian at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The room itself was exceptionally spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large bathtub that could be filled with hot spring water for a relaxing soak. Welcome fruits were a nice touch. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the building opposite; just remember to bring your own swimwear, goggles, and cap. It's open until 9 PM. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and was served until 9:30 AM. The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the large room when we first entered, likely from a previous guest. We had to open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan, and it still took most of the day for the smell to somewhat dissipate. I hope housekeeping can thoroughly ventilate rooms if they detect any smoke, as second-hand smoke is really unpleasant.
