GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the desert and has a good location and convenient transportation. There is convenient parking downstairs and plenty of charging stations. The room is clean and spacious, with a humidifier, so it doesn't feel too dry because it's close to the desert. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with good sanitary conditions. The furniture and bedding are all new and clean, but unfortunately the TV cannot be projected. The service attitude of the sister at the front desk was very good. She upgraded the room type for free. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast at the hotel next door with a rich variety. Highly recommended for travelers visiting the Kumtag Desert!

We arrived at night, and the illuminated manor house was both quiet and bustling, with performances by veteran artists bringing the courtyard to life! After enjoying a welcome feast of grapes, our housekeeper escorted us to our cabin... The swaying light and shadows of the grapevines made me pleasantly surprised to find it felt just like a villa in Bali!
The next morning, we asked our housekeeper for breakfast, which was hearty and healthy. The lovely lady even told us we could add more if we wanted... After breakfast, we could leisurely explore Grape Valley!
My only regret is not staying longer. The cleanliness, quietness, and comfort of the cabin made me want to stay for a month!

惠惠youngI had a wonderful time staying at this hotel on my first trip to Turpan, Xinjiang. I had a very comfortable three-night stay. The room was warm and clean. The interior design was beautiful throughout the hotel. The restaurant staff, room service staff, and even the security guard at the entrance were all very friendly. However, I wish the young women at the front desk had been more welcoming.😊

GGuest UserIt was so amazing 😝 I just wanted to take photos 📷. Friends and I took a day trip to Turpan and stayed at the Eight Wind Valley B&B in Grape Valley. It was amazing 👍 Special 👍 and unique, a very tasteful B&B with a large courtyard. The overall environment was very comfortable, clean, and the service was warm and attentive. It's a great place to relax and unwind. 😊 I'll definitely be back next time. ☕️ Thank you to the staff at Eight Wind Valley B&B for their attentive and friendly service 🌷🌷🌷

The reception staff at the front desk were friendly and kind, and the check-in procedure was efficient and fast. They also introduced me to the various facilities and services of the hotel in detail. The hotel's room service is also very attentive. The room is cleaned on time every day, towels and toiletries are replaced, and the room is always kept clean and tidy. Moreover, the staff will provide personalized services according to the needs of the guests, and I am very satisfied with the hotel's catering. The breakfast options are rich and varied, including Chinese porridge, steamed buns, stir-fried vegetables, and Western-style bread, milk, coffee, salad, etc., to meet the taste needs of different guests. The price/performance ratio of this hotel is very high. Not only does it provide excellent service and comfortable accommodation, the price is also very reasonable. Compared with hotels of the same level, this hotel is more affordable and has better details. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, you will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel.

GGuest UserYou can order takeout and drink coffee. You can sing. There is also a sand burial spot nearby. The boss took us to bury the sand, which is free for the time being (it is still under renovation and will be a high-end sand therapy center in the future.) The boss took us to get the wool and save money. It's great! The ladies I met are all very nice and of high quality!

You can freely stroll around the courtyard.
There weren't many people around at this time of year.
The room was warm and clean.
There was tea set available; you could enjoy a cup of tea while looking at the harvested vineyards.

22morrowsworldThis 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast.
On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests.
I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days.
Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor).
There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!
