The staff was very friendly and very helpful. One staff member even took us on a trip to the Mazha Village for free. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

第一次住這個酒店 設施都很新，前台小姐姐服務很好，還貼心的為我們升級了房型。床墊很舒服，房間整體很大。設備齊全人性化，有智能機器人送外賣，房間配有加濕器，使用方便，免費礦泉水提供，還高端大氣上檔次，還有接站服務，工作人員服務態度非常好值得推薦，下次還會住。一晚上睡的特別舒服，推薦給大家可以來這裏。

首先酒店有免費接站服務，其次價格經濟實惠，據我瞭解鄯善接站服務的酒店沒幾個，我也是通過網上團到的房。真是驚喜，離沙漠很近，從酒店門口出發開車不到10分鐘的路程。我們先辦的入住放下行李去的沙漠，酒店前台服務很好，看我們帶了寶寶，免費給我們升級了帶窗户的房型，並且給我們提供了玩沙工具和滑沙板，非常感謝。再就是房間乾淨衞生，上檔次，他們家床睡起來非常舒服，房間還有香薰和加濕器，有助睡眠，一晚上很安靜，家人和寶寶睡得特舒心，性價比這麼好的酒店必須推薦給來鄯善旅行的朋友，體驗非常棒👍🏻

垃圾酒店，前台不專業保潔不專業，保潔不敲門直接刷卡進入房間非常不尊重人，房間打掃不乾淨，600一晚的酒店最多值200。不推薦不推薦！

設施：空調打不開，電話是壞的
這是我有史以來第一次給差評，其實酒店環境還可以，我是半夜到的，結果給了我一間空調完全打不開的房間，半夜所有人被熱醒才發現想打電話給前台，電話也是壞的！後來退房的時候，我提出意見，他們給我的回答是，半夜發現沒空調，應該用手機掃一下床頭二維碼就可以打電話給酒店前台了！這操作，我倒是第一次見！但是很遺憾，我並未發現有這麼個二維碼！問題不大，產生的連鎖反應是我們全家第二天都沒法好好旅遊了，設備有問題，應該在我入住前就檢查好，而不是等待客户來發現問題

五點半隔壁****太大聲，直接被吵醒，六點到七點之間一直有人在吵架，隔音超級差，非常差，地暖太熱了窗户開着都熱，並且空調也不讓開。
