"The hotel owner and receptionist were very nice! Due to personal reasons, we misread our train schedule and checked in a day early, but we didn't actually arrive until the next morning. After explaining the situation, the hotel helped us negotiate a one-day extension. We were very grateful! [Thumbs up][Thumbs up] The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the facilities are comprehensive. The blankets were especially comfortable and warm. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit too high for me, but overall it was a very good experience. [Thumbs up]"

"On the way home from southern Xinjiang to Korla, we rested at the All Seasons Hotel in Turpan. Although the hotel was a bit long, it was still clean, hygienic and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. The front desk clerk is warm and smiling👍👍. There is a dumpling restaurant next to it, and the dumplings are delicious!"

"The room was completely unsound—it was incredibly noisy! The facilities were damaged everywhere, and the cleaning was inadequate. To make matters worse, we were rushing to our flight on the day of check-out, and the elevator was out of service. We called a staff member to ask them to send someone to help us with our luggage, and they just told us to wait! When we asked how long the wait would be, they replied, "I don't know," and that was it. We weren't in a rush to catch a flight; we weren't going to carry our luggage from the 12th floor to the first floor ourselves. A hotel that can't even handle this most basic problem…this hotel…is absolutely…absolutely…utterly…absolutely…not only is the location remote, but the staff's attitude is also incredibly rude. Be careful! Be careful!"
