It’s a treasure house. From the beginning of the stay, I called the boss to ask if I could enter the village. The boss said that someone really stopped and showed the order. It was very late. When I checked in, the boss was super enthusiastic. He washed the grapes and said that this was just picked today. It’s really incomparable. The sweet children are so excited to see the big pool that they can't care about the fatigue of the whole way and rush into the water to play until 12 o'clock in the night. The room is very clean and it can be seen that the boss also plans to build a high-end route. The things used are also good. The mattress pillows are also super comfortable to sleep. There are many parking spaces in the yard. Don't worry about finding parking spaces everywhere. Breakfast is simple but clean. Later, the child's phone watch was lost at the homestay, but because the car could not retrograde, the boss also sent it to the entrance of the Putaogou Paradise. In short, the software and hardware are perfect!

First, the environment is beautiful and clean, the accommodation facilities are new, and daily necessities are complete. After comparing other guesthouses in Grape Valley, this was arguably the most beautiful. The owners managed the place impeccably; accommodation, meals, laundry, tea, chatting, and even just relaxing were all very convenient. Guests could pick grapes freely in the yard, and if they wanted chilled watermelon or cantaloupe, they could simply tell the owner, and it would be cut and served immediately. Second, the service was exceptionally attentive. The owners were kind, friendly, and sincere, always responsive to guests' requests and always smiling. I think this is one of the most important reasons for their success. Third, the owner's wife's cooking skills were superb; the food was delicious. Our group of 10 ate every meal there. Once, after exploring the desert, we arrived at the guesthouse close to midnight. We hurriedly called the owner to order food, and when we arrived, a hot meal was served—it truly felt like coming home. Turpan was the last stop on our Xinjiang trip, and it marked a perfect end to our journey. Thank you for your hospitality, boss! Thank you for giving us grapes. After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

This stay experience is perfect! The moment you open the door, a fresh breath hits you in the face. The marble floor is as smooth as a mirror, the bedding is smooth as new, and even the decorative ornaments in the corners are spotless. Every detail shows the hotel's professionalism and care. The parking lot is well planned and the signs are clear, so you can easily find a space even if it is your first visit. Free parking tickets are also provided when you leave. The biggest surprise was the breakfast session, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, the freshly cooked noodle soup was fresh and rich, the freshly baked bread was soft and sweet, and the freshly ground coffee was fragrant. You could feel the chef's superb cooking skills in every bite. From the environment to the service, it's impeccable. Next time I come here on a business trip, this hotel will definitely be my best choice!

Our excitement started, from the moment, we met the staff at turpan train station, very gentle, n warm.. Then arriving at the lobby, full of warmth north Wellington smiles, of staff, then the welcome water melon n the melon, helped us release the tensions of train ride,.. Then the comfortable, lodges, ( 2 lodges A frame , very comforting, the breeze n singing birds n 2 big pots of herbal tea with fragrant flowers, n rose,..lots of dried fruits, resin, figs n more,, later on, in evening the refreshing, melon n watermelon, , later in evening free coffee n chocolate cakes,,.. Breakfast, simple n enough for a day of activity, all the items for dinner raglan, n fried vegetables, n kebabs, , one of the best as long as I remember in recent years.. Thanks to the English speaking staff for organizing our trip route n selecting transportation.. Staff thanks for helping me find the best barber for my haircut,, which busy schedules , back home in Japan Warmth n professionalism of staff are much more than our payment .. We had to extend our stay twice,..we already missing the place.. Thank you thank you

The heat in Turpan made my child feel dizzy. Sophia at the front desk promptly helped us buy medicine and cooling drinks. Thank you! The guesthouse is located in a local town, featuring an exotic and beautiful courtyard with grapevines, a garden, a sand therapy area, a washing machine, and a small living room where you can make coffee. We were very satisfied with our scorching experience.

Facilities: The overall facilities are new, the Xiaodu smart home system is very convenient, and the bedding is very comfortable. Hygiene: The daily linen and cleaning were very good. Environment: The hotel is new overall. It's about a 30-minute drive from the train station and airport. It's very close to the museum, about a 10-minute walk. It's about a 10-minute drive from Grape Valley and 30 minutes from Flaming Mountains. Service: The front desk service was very thoughtful; they gave my child a Xinjiang hat, and my child loved the front desk lady. However, I can't praise the breakfast service. On May 26th, breakfast started at 7:00 AM because of foreign guests, the coffee machine was available, and food items were refilled quickly. The next day, May 27th, the front desk told me breakfast wouldn't start until 7:30 AM, and even after it started, many dishes weren't served until 10 minutes later. The coffee machine wasn't working; they said it was broken. They even showed us a picture, and the so-called 'alarm light' was actually asking for coffee beans. Can a coffee machine work without beans?! Also, on another morning, some food items were available at 7:00 AM, but the breakfast staff wouldn't let us eat them. I absolutely have to complain about the breakfast front desk service that day; it was terrible. Free airport/train station shuttle (book one day in advance): The airport pick-up and high-speed rail station drop-off were very satisfying. The arrangements were well-organized with advance booking, and I was very impressed with the driver.

Traveling through Gansu and Xinjiang this time, I've noticed that hotels serving breakfast until 11 AM truly show their dedication. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and they have an underground parking garage, which is great for escaping the wind and sand while staying cool. There are many restaurants and BBQ places downstairs. Across the street is an artificial lake, perfect for a morning run. If you head south from there, you'll reach grape trellises where locals sell fresh fruits and vegetables. I bought some 'Xiaobai' apricots, which were incredibly sweet and only eight yuan per kilogram.

The hotel is located in the Cultural and Arts center, which is a free entrance if you're a hotel guest. They have traditional Uyghur music and dance performances throughout the day. The room is nice enough, the WiFi is better than most places we've stayed in. Breakfast was basic, packed and delivered to our room because it's off peak season and the number of guests were low. Overall, it was good for a 1-2 night stay.

Very friendly and helpful staffs withou English speaking. I got complimentary very early check-in. The breakfast was perfect at the nearby anteen restaurant with 15 yuans capped.My room and bed are super comfortable, iron provided. The hotel was at the end of K2 bus line from Tulufanbei railway station. The location was great in the center, can connect to several attractions by buses or taxi. Walkable distance to Turpan Museum to see the mummies.
