"Facilities: Our room was upgraded for free to a family room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated with a large bed and a smaller one – super convenient. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Ambiance: As soon as you step into the hotel, you're greeted by a very classic maximalist decor. Every corner is a perfect spot for photos. Service: The hotel called me while I was still in Kashgar to confirm details, proactively upgraded our room, and even sent a fruit platter. Their hospitality was exceptional. They even gave us a box of Hami melons when we left. Definitely worth staying, and the price was reasonable. The only downside was that we left too early, so the pool wasn't open yet. Hope to come back and stay again!"

"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It is in a useful location where it's very easy to get taxis to Turpan's main sites. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lifts are slow and a bit outdated and the carpets and aircon on our floor (5th) weren't as clean or worked as well as we felt in other floors. The fact that it has a free laundry room for guests is very convenient and the breakfast was good enough. We found our room comfortable and we would happily stay here again if we visit Turpan in the future."

Breakfast was unexpectedly good, and the rose black tea was amazing. The chef patiently explained how to brew it, and I even bought some to take with me. "Traveling through Gansu and Xinjiang this time, I've noticed that hotels serving breakfast until 11 AM truly show their dedication. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and they have an underground parking garage, which is great for escaping the wind and sand while staying cool. There are many restaurants and BBQ places downstairs. Across the street is an artificial lake, perfect for a morning run. If you head south from there, you'll reach grape trellises where locals sell fresh fruits and vegetables. I bought some 'Xiaobai' apricots, which were incredibly sweet and only eight yuan per kilogram."

"A person drove to the grape ditch by himself, and chose Guanlan Mountain Puxi to spend a few days in a quiet time, which completely exceeded expectations! The homestay is hidden in the mountains and grape forests, the environment is quiet and healing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The boss and staff are very friendly and caring, and there are some concerns about traveling alone, but here they are particularly at ease. In my free time, I blow the hair in the yard and look at the mountains and streams, and the whole person relaxes. It is very suitable for a person to relax. Next time you come to Turpan, you will definitely come back to stay. It is highly recommended to friends who travel alone!"

"Could not recommend this homestay enough! The location was perfect, outside of the main town in a quieter area which has a market on a Saturday morning. "My stay was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel didn’t seem to have an elevator, so please be aware before booking. The staff offered to help me carry my luggage upstairs. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked but if you prefer strong AC (under 22 or 23 Celsius), this may not be the hotel for you. However, the stay overall was still very comfortable. The area is cute and conveniently located within short taxi rides to major sites. I would stay again!"

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

This stay experience is perfect! The moment you open the door, a fresh breath hits you in the face. The marble floor is as smooth as a mirror, the bedding is smooth as new, and even the decorative ornaments in the corners are spotless. Every detail shows the hotel's professionalism and care. The parking lot is well planned and the signs are clear, so you can easily find a space even if it is your first visit. Free parking tickets are also provided when you leave. The biggest surprise was the breakfast session, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, the freshly cooked noodle soup was fresh and rich, the freshly baked bread was soft and sweet, and the freshly ground coffee was fragrant. You could feel the chef's superb cooking skills in every bite. From the environment to the service, it's impeccable. Next time I come here on a business trip, this hotel will definitely be my best choice!

Our excitement started, from the moment, we met the staff at turpan train station, very gentle, n warm.. Then arriving at the lobby, full of warmth north Wellington smiles, of staff, then the welcome water melon n the melon, helped us release the tensions of train ride,.. Then the comfortable, lodges, ( 2 lodges A frame , very comforting, the breeze n singing birds n 2 big pots of herbal tea with fragrant flowers, n rose,..lots of dried fruits, resin, figs n more,, later on, in evening the refreshing, melon n watermelon, , later in evening free coffee n chocolate cakes,,.. Breakfast, simple n enough for a day of activity, all the items for dinner raglan, n fried vegetables, n kebabs, , one of the best as long as I remember in recent years.. Thanks to the English speaking staff for organizing our trip route n selecting transportation.. Staff thanks for helping me find the best barber for my haircut,, which busy schedules , back home in Japan Warmth n professionalism of staff are much more than our payment .. We had to extend our stay twice,..we already missing the place.. Thank you thank you

I checked in around 9 PM on July 5th. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and attentive. The hotel itself is upscale, the room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The service auntie in the breakfast area was incredibly polite and kind-hearted; I saw her immediately wipe up a spill on the floor to prevent guests from slipping, which I really appreciated! This auntie deserves a big thumbs up! Plus, it's super convenient to get to Turpan Night Market from the hotel.

The Baoju hotel is located near the middle of town within a short driving distance to the Kumtag desert facilities. The staff were very friendly. Although they could not speak English, they made every good effort to meet all of our needs. The hotel is located in a ***** of small businesses and restaurants. It even is directly attached to a convenience store so you don’t need to leave the building for those small necessities. Our stay was pleasant and restful.

The courtyard has a very Xinjiang vibe, and the owner is super laid-back. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is inside, which is great. Hot water for showers is instant – no waiting! They even provide body wash and shampoo, which is convenient. The washing machine and kitchen aren't available for guest use. There's no bus stop nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi everywhere, which can make transportation a bit more expensive.

This is a wonderful place, beautiful decorations staff speaking English. The hostel is located in a beautiful area in Grape Town. They can book you on to a variety of different tours to make the most of Turpan. The hostel has a good mix of Chinese and foreign tourists to chat to. The hostel is clean and quiet. You can take bus K2 and then bus 208 from the train station and the a short walk to get to the hostel. They are pet friendly and have three lovely cats and two dogs.

The hotel is located in the Cultural and Arts center, which is a free entrance if you're a hotel guest. They have traditional Uyghur music and dance performances throughout the day. The room is nice enough, the WiFi is better than most places we've stayed in. Breakfast was basic, packed and delivered to our room because it's off peak season and the number of guests were low. Overall, it was good for a 1-2 night stay.

Very friendly and helpful staffs withou English speaking. I got complimentary very early check-in. The breakfast was perfect at the nearby anteen restaurant with 15 yuans capped.My room and bed are super comfortable, iron provided. The hotel was at the end of K2 bus line from Tulufanbei railway station. The location was great in the center, can connect to several attractions by buses or taxi. Walkable distance to Turpan Museum to see the mummies.

The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants nearby. It's quite clean. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, not too soft. I originally planned to stay for one night, but I wanted to have a good rest on the comfortable bed so I stayed another night. The room was too messy, so I won't take pictures. Here are some pictures of the super delicious mutton in Turpan, hahahaha.
