QQingtiandemaomiMy stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

MMengchuangdeweiyuchuqingParking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

YYelanwotingfengchuiyu07Upon entering the room, the first thing that catches the eye is the impeccable environment; every corner is spotless, and everything is neatly arranged. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

GGuest UserIts quite far from the town. We booked normal room but got upgraded for free, what a courtesy. Really enjoyed my stay here and my baby enjoyed showering in the bath tub a lot. There was a “xiaodu” smart device but it speaks only chinese. Its okay. Overall, good stay!

Cons:
Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

JJack.TaoThe hotel has ample parking and convenient transportation. The river-view rooms are spacious and large, with a separate desk suitable for business use. The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

While not luxurious, the room was very clean and comfortable, with practical amenities (e.g., plenty of outlets and good water pressure). The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops. It was also very economical, and the staff were very helpful in resolving any issues. The little details (e.g., the free mineral water) were very thoughtful. The value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again!
