Parking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is super close to the MixC shopping district, just a 10-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. The customer service manager, Xiao Jiang, and the front desk staff, Xiao Yang, were very welcoming and efficient, even proactively sharing recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was nice, and the details were very thoughtful. The room even had smart curtains. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city. Every morning, I'd step out to see clouds rolling through the valley below, with the sunrise painting the ridges in gold and pink. The room itself was modern and well-thought-out: smart controls, excellent water pressure, a spacious walk-in shower, and that crisp mountain chill seeping in at night. Basically, I come to this hotel every time I travel because it is much better than other services. I don’t have to say that I will actively help every time I have any needs. I have to go out to work and the aunt in the room said that I need to help dry the clothes. The result is drying and drying for me. It’s so warm to put it back. The front desk is also very good.
