"The warm service was a welcome surprise from the moment I entered! Five stars are a must! The room facilities and environment were excellent, very new, and even had a smart toilet. It was also very clean, with disinfectant wipes provided in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the taste was fantastic! My trip to Luzhou for the Ziyu Music Festival was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thumbs up for Luzhou! 👍 There was a free shuttle bus after landing, music festival souvenirs, and the hotel didn't raise prices. The people of Luzhou were also incredibly welcoming!"

"Jiucheng Hotel is first-class in the local area. It is built in a garden, with enough parking spaces and good staff. The breakfast is almost rich, the room and the whole hotel are very clean, and the decoration is stylish and beautiful. It has its own large restaurant, and the food and beverage are all good, which is convenient for guests, otherwise they may have to walk a long way to eat. There is no good restaurant in a small street outside the main entrance, and there are many cotton shops outside the back door, and no restaurant. The hotel could have done better: the boiler room could be moved to the ”Lulu” area to avoid noise affecting multiple rooms. Due to the building itself, there are several rooms between the state of having windows and no windows. In these cases, the room price should be reduced to a certain extent and the guests should be informed online or in person to avoid all kinds of unpleasantness caused by it."

"This is the first time I have come to Zhangzhou. I have to see Zhangzhou wine to meet the Galaxy Left Bank Music Festival. In fact, it is not far away. Xiaoling at the front desk was very welcoming; upon learning it was our first time in Luzhou, she proactively introduced us to nearby attractions and shopping areas – a wonderful gesture that deserves praise! The room layout was reasonable, and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the local snacks prepared by the chef were also quite delicious. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time."

I just have one small suggestion: the dinner on the first day and lunch on the second day (a complimentary single set meal from the hotel) had essentially the same dishes, which was quite disappointing. Even though it was a freebie, I hope they can make some improvements. Facilities: A bit dated, as it's an older hotel. Hygiene: Clean Environment: Beautiful Service: Enthusiastic and attentive."

Because the home was too hot, I decided to come to Luohanlin to escape the heat. I didn't expect it to be an unexpected joy. Not only is the weather very cool, but the Hanlin Hotel I stayed at is also very satisfied! The hotel facilities are very new and the service is very intimate. The needs mentioned by the front desk lady are basically responsive. The best experience is the pool bubble activity at noon, and the small animals in the garden. My children have a great time! Always told me to come next time!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's design is very stylish, and the lobby is both grand and welcoming. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and the room was even more spacious than expected, with a superb view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff is very nice, the room is big enough, the decoration style is also very good, the elevator is bright and cool, the breakfast on the top floor is delicious, free afternoon tea is provided, and the environment is good. It is not far from anywhere and it is not noisy. There is a city view outside the room. There is also a weekly gift of candy. If there is a child, a separate children's toothbrush is also provided. If I have the opportunity to come next time, I will choose this place again.

The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

The hotel boasts a grand design and excellent views, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable, just like sleeping at home. There are so many dining options downstairs, which is fantastic for someone like me who often struggles to decide what to eat. It's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll never have to worry about choosing a hotel again! Thumbs up!

We were driving through Luzhou with our baby and booked this hotel last minute. Wyndham is a brand I generally trust for service and facilities. We booked a twin room and they upgraded us to a larger room on the 15th floor. The only downside was that the room faced west, so the air conditioning struggled to cool it down. Our baby is very sensitive to heat and kept fussing in the room. We took him to the lobby for a bit and I mentioned the issue to the front desk. They immediately sent staff to check it out. It turned out to be due to the west-facing sun, not a problem with the AC itself. It finally started to cool down gradually around 8 PM. Overall, it was still a good stay.

The room is very clean and well-furnished. Everything is as shown in the pictures. The woman at the reception is very friendly and helpful and even provided us with a secure place for our bicycles. Unfortunately, the room is very noisy. We could hear the neighbors through the wall and the windows are so thin that you can hear the street traffic very clearly.
