"This hotel was fantastic. I’ve stayed in Atour hotels a few times before and been happy, but the staff here were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. No issues checking in with a passport - they seemed to know the process and it took the same amount of time it would in a larger city. We left some dirty clothes in a laundry basket in our room only to discover when we came back later that day they’d been washed and dried. Overall - I just felt pleasantly surprised by the place every step of the way."

"The second time I stayed, I was very satisfied when I first stayed. I didn't hesitate to choose their home this time, and it was the same room type, but the service at the front desk made me very dissatisfied. Many feedbacks are not resolved, delay time, and customer requirements and messages are not exchanged, and customers need to describe feedback many times. Anyway, I am very angry at this stay.
When I first checked in, the front desk A told me that this room type has no windows, and I need to turn on the air conditioner. I can open fresh air and cooling. I did it and I also opened an extra air freshener and exhaust fan. I was awakened by the heat at five in the morning and got up and changed the mode. After two hours, the temperature dropped by 2 degrees. At noon, I asked the front desk to respond, asked for or repaired or changed, and it was clear that if they could not solve it within the system, I could change the hotel. After waiting for an afternoon, there was no solution. I went to the front desk and responded to the front desk AB again. And added their housekeeper WeChat request for any processing. As soon as possible. Until 8:30 pm, there was still no follow-up. I went to the front desk for the third time to ask. The front desk c knew nothing, and also refuted that I should not turn on the air conditioner at all. The air conditioner of their hotel could not be repaired. It completely overturned the words AB gave me during the day. Finally, I was angry and clearly ”don't explain what I want to solve” before going to the room to take a look at the room change processing.
How? It's just that it can't be solved, right? If you look at the thing that can be solved at a glance, why has it been dragged from night to night? I have been explaining that I can stop listening to the solution a few times."

It is one kilometer walk from the top of Zhangzhou in 1902, and 800 meters from the popular panda square. The room facilities are new and intelligent control is convenient. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is stable, the parking lot is spacious and free, it is friendly to people traveling by car, and the overall environment is quiet and elegant. Especially the front desk staff (behaved little sister, refreshing and handsome guy), showed a positive solution to the needs of the guests, efficient and fast work efficiency and other professional qualities to give guests a spring breeze, a home away from home travel experience, people praise. Parking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

Anonymous UserI was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is super close to the MixC shopping district, just a 10-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. The customer service manager, Xiao Jiang, and the front desk staff, Xiao Yang, were very welcoming and efficient, even proactively sharing recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was nice, and the details were very thoughtful. The room even had smart curtains. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city. Highly recommended!

I have to go out to work and the aunt in the room said that I need to help dry the clothes. The result is drying and drying for me. It’s so warm to put it back. The front desk is also very good. Great experience, Xiao Yang butler is very enthusiastic. After I came, the butler took a look at two room types seriously, and finally chose loft. The hotel is right next to the Zhangzhou Museum, which is convenient to go anywhere. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. Dishes and coffee drinks are provided. There is a supper at night, and the butler is sent to the room. Breakfast is a la carte and tastes very good. I will choose this one next time I come to Zhangzhou.

Guest UserThe hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles.
I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.

1. The executive king room has a separate hot spring pool. The kids didn't want to leave after playing there. Highly recommended.
2. The hot springs are scattered in the woods. It is recommended to go once during the day and once at night to create two different a**ospheres. If you want to take photos, remember to prepare a waterproof bag for your phone in advance.

Close to the supermarket plaza and many street food outlets. Staff tried their best to serve you.
Cons:
Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

This stay experience was really satisfactory. The front desk was upgraded to a big bed room with a balcony for free in the late summer. It was quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and new, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The breakfast buffet is fresh and rich, the location is convenient, the travel is very convenient, the room service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, cost-effective, will choose here next time, highly recommended!
