"The room exceeded my expectations, and its location was convenient and easy to find. The room was spacious and even provided a wooden tub, stool, and foot bath packets – very effective and relaxing! Disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers were also provided! The presence of a makeup mirror was very helpful for women who need to apply makeup! Breakfast was simple, but the noodle soup and rice noodles were delicious. One thing to note is that the shower head in the bathroom was broken; I recommend checking the facilities regularly! Overall, a very satisfactory stay."

"It was absolutely terrible, I was disgusted. To check in, you have to take an elevator upstairs, and the elevator looked very dilapidated. I was worried about safety because I'd been trapped in an elevator before, but since I'd already booked it and the pictures looked okay, I figured I'd stay. But I never expected it to be this horrifying! I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the worst I've ever encountered. The receptionist was very impatient and rude when I asked questions. Once in the room, there were many unknown black spots on the sheets, and then I saw curly hair on them! Oh my god, everyone knows what this is, right? I'm kind-hearted, so I thought I'd just put up with it, but when I went to the toilet later, I found the toilet bowl was dirty too. That's outrageous! There was yellow stuff that looked like poop, and it smelled awful. There was also a curly hair next to it… This is the first time I've ever encountered this. In the end, I picked up the curly hair from the bed with a tissue. I was so disgusted that I didn't even take a shower or take off my clothes before I barely managed to sleep through the night. When I was about to check out, I found this huge condom next to the bedside table. I absolutely cannot accept such poor hygiene. I don't care about bad service since I don't need your service when I enter the room, but I can't forgive such poor hygiene. I had even forgotten to leave a review, but when I saw this booking today while I was out traveling, it made me so sick. Sisters, choose carefully…"

"The hotel boasts a grand design and excellent views, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable, just like sleeping at home. There are so many dining options downstairs, which is fantastic for someone like me who often struggles to decide what to eat. It's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll never have to worry about choosing a hotel again! Thumbs up!"

"I was quite disappointed with this Atour. I often travel for business but the facilities of this hotel are not worth the price. First and foremost, the windows are not closed tightly, and it leaks and is noisy. Second, the bed sheet is yellow, which is in sharp contrast with the quilt. Third, I don't know how the designer designed it. The whole room is very dim. There is no light on the luggage table. Are guests expected to grope in the dark? Although this fourth-tier city knows that Atour is a franchise, it can only be said that the level of the franchisee is average in all aspects."
