Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

We originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

There's a free self-service washer and dryer on the first floor of the hotel, making it very convenient to do laundry while you're there. The room was cost-effective, the front desk service was excellent, and parking was convenient, right in the hotel yard. The overall experience was very good.

The hotel parking lot is very convenient, and the front desk staff were also very helpful. The parking lot is spacious, and there are charging stations available, which is really handy. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. It's a great hotel overall, highly recommended!

This hotel offers great value for money and has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. The service is exceptionally warm and attentive. The surrounding area is also very pleasant. The hotel parking is super convenient and free. Plus, they even deliver a thoughtful late-night snack to your room in the evenings! Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is very good. Parking is very convenient, the morning shift is very rich, and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. It is worthy of being the earliest five-star hotel in Cixi. I will stay in this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to visit Cixi.

A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it Breakfast: Rich, the rice cakes are delicious and unique

This hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.
