GGuest UserThe service of the lady at the front desk was very good and I was very satisfied. If I ordered takeout, it would be delivered quickly. She would greet me when she met me on the road. She was very polite. When I checked out, she told me not to catch a cold because it was hot outside. She gave me a bottle of mineral water, which was very heartwarming. The smell in the lobby was good. I asked and found out that it was the unique aromatherapy smell of Atour. It was very fragrant. I will choose Atour to stay next time

__WeChat238732****I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. The shower water is big enough, but it is easy to leak outside. The smart toilet is not smart, but it works. The hotel is not far from the snack street on foot, it is still worth recommending

XXiaoxiaobudingguChecked in on the fifth day of the ***** New Year. For just over 500 RMB, it was great value for money. The hotel is very close to Hangzhou Bay National Wetland Park. The rooms are quite standard. All the staff were very polite.
The breakfast selection was also quite rich.
Things to improve: We arrived at 7:40 PM and paid an extra 88 RMB per person for the happy hour; children were not charged. We were told that if the food ran out, they could replenish it. At 7:50 PM, I asked if there was any more salami, and they said happy hour was almost over and there wasn't any left. If it couldn't be replenished, they shouldn't have said it could be in the first place.
On the positive side, the auntie at the lounge who makes noodles kindly made an extra bowl for us even after closing time. Thumbs up for her.
Another thing to improve: The toilet in the bathroom made noise and woke me up in the middle of the night. Also, whenever water was used in the bathroom sink, the shower water would suddenly turn cold.

GGuest UserThe service at this hotel was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff. The front desk receptionists were warm and attentive, making the check-in process swift. Our room was spacious and bright, featuring a smart voice assistant (XiaoDu XiaoDu) which was very intelligent. The comfortable bed ensured an excellent night's sleep. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

AamabilisinsaniaThe hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it

The room is very large, especially the double basin in the bathroom and a large bathtub. The biggest advantage is that there is a smart toilet. But the disadvantage is that the 2 rooms are a bit noisy by the road, and there are some problems with the sliding door. The repair master is not there. I moved my nails hard and broke them. In addition, breakfast is really unpalatable. There are not many things and it is cold. Fortunately, it is sent. Let me buy it myself and I will definitely give a bad review.
