"This stay far exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud – I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, making check-in efficient and smooth. Every detail was carefully considered: good soundproofing, plenty of hot water, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. It's a quiet oasis yet conveniently located. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!"

As always, the hotel was clean and tidy, perfect for someone a bit particular about cleanliness – everything was perfectly organized. The front desk even upgraded my room during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch, and they sent plenty of water to the room when I wanted to make tea. Even though it's in the city, it was quiet at night, and the staff were all very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again."

Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing. Some points that I'm not very satisfied with: 1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers. 2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves. 3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it. Other things are pretty satisfactory.

We originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

The hardware equipment is professionally equipped, the headset sound effect is three-dimensional, and the overall experience is far more than ordinary Internet cafes. The computer configuration is full, the peripherals feel first-class, the network speed is smooth and not stuck, and the game is super fun.

The room was alright. I liked the small sofa design, but there was only one power outlet next to the desk, which was a bit inconvenient. It was quite comfortable to sleep in, though. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I brought disposable bedding. I completely forgot about the late-night comfort food, but I already had breakfast. The selection wasn't huge, but it was pretty complete, and there was even a toaster, haha!

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

During the Spring Festival, I took the children to a transition hotel specially booked for Ningbo Fantawild, which is 7.5 kilometers away from Fantawild and a 15-minute drive. There was no price increase during the Spring Festival, the price/performance ratio was good, and the room facilities were quite complete.
