"The room was okay. We stayed for five days in total. The cleaning lady wasn't very good. I don't know if it was a communication breakdown with the front desk or what, but one day when we extended our stay, she swiped her card to open our room door while we were sleeping. Putting that aside, it was alright. But today we discovered our ID cards were missing. It's possible the cleaning lady took them with her. The first receptionist said that's unlikely, as the cleaning ladies always check carefully. The second receptionist said they asked the cleaning lady, and she said she hadn't seen them. Even if she did take them, we are responsible for not keeping them safe."

"The room was ok. We arrived late and arranged two rooms at the entrance. We added a breakfast the next day. It was hard to describe. There was not a piece of meat. The breakfast ended at 9:30, and there was nothing left at 8:30. We asked for a yogurt, but it was not brought out for half an hour. I don't know if the yogurt also needs to be made on the spot. There was not a sausage or a piece of bacon. The breakfast brought down the hotel's service."

The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time."

This is a huge improvement over the Atour across the street, which has lower floors and smaller windows. The hotel is right next to Aegean Shopping Park, Cixi's busiest mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. After a meal, you can also take a pleasant stroll around Mingyue Lake Park. When we checked in, we even saw the national football team staying there – a whole group of tall, foreign players, very eye-catching!"

She was very polite. When I checked out, she told me not to catch a cold because it was hot outside. She gave me a bottle of mineral water, which was very heartwarming. The smell in the lobby was good. I asked and found out that it was the unique aromatherapy smell of Atour. It was very fragrant. I will choose Atour to stay next time

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Ctrip in advance for my May Day holiday trip to Hangzhou Bay, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. We checked in that afternoon. A month prior, I had arranged with the hotel to have all our rooms on the same floor, but upon check-in, some family members still ended up on a different floor than us. This might have been due to the high occupancy during the May Day holiday. The rooms aren't large, but they have everything you need. The only minor drawback was that some facilities were a bit broken, possibly because of the sudden high occupancy, but the hotel's engineering team promptly came to inspect and repair them. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel. The breakfast was decent, and I commend the hotel for implementing staggered entry for the large crowds. All in all, I recommend staying here! It's very close to all the major attractions, and the staff's service attitude was absolutely fantastic – kudos to them!

KKongkongru-??Giving it a five-star rating out of habit, but I do have a few complaints: The shower only has shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. They only provide two bottles of cheap Ice Dew mineral water, and you have to call room service for more, whereas before they used to provide four or six. The outlets are definitely old; charging plugs easily fall out. If you don't specifically ask the front desk, they only give you one key card and don't proactively offer an extra for charging. The price of Tower A remains stubbornly high, and the occupancy rate isn't what it used to be, judging by the emptier parking lot. With more and more new hotels popping up nearby, there are now more choices. If they don't make some changes, it's going to be tough for them. Also, the toilet flush is weak, and there's no place to put your phone.

I called the hotel front desk to help me reserve the highest floor room and sent 2 breakfasts to us. Thank you very much. The room is very large, especially the double basin in the bathroom and a large bathtub. The biggest advantage is that there is a smart toilet. But the disadvantage is that the 2 rooms are a bit noisy by the road, and there are some problems with the sliding door. The repair master is not there. I moved my nails hard and broke them.
