The service awareness really needs to be improved. The shower door in the room was poorly sealed, and a large pool of water would splash out after a shower. However, the hotel did not shirk responsibility throughout the process, and on the second day, they removed all similar large mineral ornaments from every room to eliminate future risks. "It was my first time staying at Atour Hotel. It was very cold and late. When Jiang Yu from the front desk helped me check in, he brought me a cup of tea to warm my hands. I was in a bad mood and a little irritable. The front desk manager Ran Ning calmed me down immediately, checked me in and sent me to the room.
