'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. "Very good stay at Empark Cixi. Room is very confortable and big! Affordable prices! All staffs were kindly, Ana and Alisa helped us a lot at any moment! The breakfast is good with a great variety of flavor. I just missed some cheese or ham. Personally, the AC was set too hot, always 23°C. Anyway the windows are able to be opened. Inside the hotel, on 2nd floor, there is also a Japanese restaurant very tasty."
