"The room was okay. We stayed for five days in total. The cleaning lady wasn't very good. I don't know if it was a communication breakdown with the front desk or what, but one day when we extended our stay, she swiped her card to open our room door while we were sleeping. Putting that aside, it was alright. But today we discovered our ID cards were missing. It's possible the cleaning lady took them with her. The first receptionist said that's unlikely, as the cleaning ladies always check carefully. The second receptionist said they asked the cleaning lady, and she said she hadn't seen them. Even if she did take them, we are responsible for not keeping them safe."

"The room was ok. We arrived late and arranged two rooms at the entrance. We added a breakfast the next day. It was hard to describe. There was not a piece of meat. The breakfast ended at 9:30, and there was nothing left at 8:30. We asked for a yogurt, but it was not brought out for half an hour. I don't know if the yogurt also needs to be made on the spot. There was not a sausage or a piece of bacon. The breakfast brought down the hotel's service."

"This hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time."

This is a huge improvement over the Atour across the street, which has lower floors and smaller windows. The hotel is right next to Aegean Shopping Park, Cixi's busiest mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. After a meal, you can also take a pleasant stroll around Mingyue Lake Park. When we checked in, we even saw the national football team staying there – a whole group of tall, foreign players, very eye-catching!"

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying at Atour Hotel. It was very cold and late. When Jiang Yu from the front desk helped me check in, he brought me a cup of tea to warm my hands. I felt that it not only warmed my hands but also my heart. I was drunk at the time and my mind was confused. I couldn't hear the words from the front desk clearly. I was in a bad mood and a little irritable. The front desk manager Ran Ning calmed me down immediately, checked me in and sent me to the room. He told me that I could call the front desk if I felt uncomfortable. I said yes. After entering the room, I felt that the room facilities and equipment were very new and comprehensive. The room was also very large. A few minutes later, someone knocked on the door. It was the front desk manager Ran Ning who brought me a bowl of millet porridge, sobering tea and two bottles of warm water. Seeing that I was very uncomfortable, he quickly let me drink two sips of sobering tea and gave me two hot towels to wipe my face. Atour's service is really great. , Ran Ning came in to help me turn on the air conditioner and took off my slippers and put them next to the bed. She also brought an air purifier and put it next to my bed and turned it on for me. The service was very thoughtful and I had no complaints. I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat and was very thirsty, but I didn’t want to drink ice water, so I called the front desk to ask for two bottles of warm water. The phone didn’t ring for a few times before Jiang Yu at the front desk answered the phone. After learning about my request, he immediately told me that it was okay and the front desk buddy would go up and send it to me immediately. I was very worried at first that I would trouble them, but the front desk acted quickly. Not long after, Jiang Yu at the front desk knocked on the door and brought me a large cup of hot water and honey lemon water from the front desk, which made me really feel the high-quality service of Atour. This was also my first time staying in Atour, and I felt the caring service that was different from other hotels. I will definitely stay in Atour often in the future

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

Especially the small tea set makes me love hahahaha, I highly recommend good quality and cheap!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel on the 3rd floor. The location is great, the design is beautiful, and the service is very stable. Free laundry (wash & dry) is provided, and free tea, coffee, and snacks are available in the lobby on the 1st floor.
However, there were two unpleasant experiences:
1. The twist knob for turning on the shower is very poorly designed. If you accidentally turn it off while showering, it becomes too slippery to turn back on. I had to ask my wife to bring paper and a towel into the bathroom three times during one shower just to help me turn the water back on. It was extremely frustrating.
2. The hotel requires you to use your room card to call the elevator and also to turn on the electricity in the room. So when my wife went out and took the card with her, the room lost all power, and I couldn’t stay inside. I had to wait outside in the hallway. That was a terrible experience.
I hope the hotel can improve these two issues. A simple solution: leave a small towel in the bathroom to help with turning the shower knob, and remove the requirement of using the room card to operate the elevator.

但是有两次不愉快的体验：
1. 淋浴的开关旋钮设计非常差。洗澡时如果不小心关掉，旋钮会变得很滑，根本打不开。我一次洗澡中不得不让妻子三次拿纸和毛巾进来帮我打开水龙头，真的太难受了。
2. 酒店要求必须用房卡才能按电梯上楼，同时房卡也是房间取电的钥匙。我妻子外出带走房卡后，房间就完全断电，我无法待在房间里，只能站在走廊等着。体验非常糟糕。
希望酒店能改进这两点：简单地在浴室放一条小毛巾用来帮助拧开旋钮，并且取消用房卡才能按电梯的规定。

KKongkongru-??Giving it a five-star rating out of habit, but I do have a few complaints: The shower only has shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. They only provide two bottles of cheap Ice Dew mineral water, and you have to call room service for more, whereas before they used to provide four or six. The outlets are definitely old; charging plugs easily fall out. If you don't specifically ask the front desk, they only give you one key card and don't proactively offer an extra for charging. The price of Tower A remains stubbornly high, and the occupancy rate isn't what it used to be, judging by the emptier parking lot. With more and more new hotels popping up nearby, there are now more choices. If they don't make some changes, it's going to be tough for them. Also, the toilet flush is weak, and there's no place to put your phone.

Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
