The room even faces the street, and the construction hasn't been going on for a day or two. It's a four-star hotel, can't they even consider this? Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the hotel manager's compensation plan was an upgrade to a different room or free breakfast on my next stay. I ask you, what normal person would go back to a hotel with such a bad experience? Thanks for transferring me to a live agent."

From the moment of online booking, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with changing rooms to king-size beds and connecting us with the catering department to book our New Year's Eve dinner. Mr. Fang from the catering department helped us with the menu, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel did a fantastic job with the New Year's atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large balcony. Every detail of the hotel showcased its exquisite operational philosophy. Xiao Yun provided excellent service on-site, and the breakfast spread was very rich. The hotel's location is superb; just walk through the hotel's tea bar to the back, and you'll reach Baoyun Lake, where the lakeside area is perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery."

The facilities were complete and in good working order, and the hot water came on quickly. The staff were friendly and efficient. "Overall, the hotel was quite good. The cleanliness and environment were satisfactory, and the decor had its own unique style. The staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we approached. The breakfast was delicious, and the free late-night snack was a thoughtful touch. Providing toiletries for children was a great bonus. However, there are a few minor details to mention. 1. The only tissue in the entire room was a small, thin pack on the sink (of course, there was toilet paper in the bathroom). I searched around outside for tissues while ordering takeout and couldn't find any, so I had to resort to this tissue; it was really thin and from a cheap brand. Given the hotel's positioning as a high-end establishment, such stinginess with tissues is unnecessary. 2. The hotel is newly opened, and the room still had a slight odor. The air conditioning was on for ventilation, but the light on the air conditioning control panel was incredibly bright. At night, the green light was unpleasant, and turning off the air conditioning made the odor return. Those sensitive to light should be aware of this. 3. The elevator was too slow; the wait was quite long during breakfast. 4. The trash can in the bathroom was inconvenient for disposing of tissues."

"Getting to the room by electric scooter was a fun experience. A very novel hotel model. The mattress was very comfortable, but the bathroom light was too dim; you could barely see your face. The environment was very quiet, and I slept very comfortably. The hot spring itself has its own saltiness and is just steps from the room. There's a large square nearby, which is very convenient. The only downside was the breakfast; it wasn't very impressive. I hope they improve it—the steamed buns were a bit hard, and the fried noodles were a bit cold. There's a fun little playground for kids on the second floor above the reception."

After arriving at the hotel, I asked the hotel waiter to change the sheets and quilt covers. The hotel told me that the sheets and quilt covers were new. If I asked to change them, I would need to pay for them. They didn't change them. That night, I found stains on the sheets and quilt covers. After the children came back from the hotel, they started to have rashes on their bodies."
