GGuest UserI was very satisfied with the room I stayed in. The front desk staff were proactively enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can also visit Bailian Outlets. It offers great value for money.

EEthan Yusen LeeComing to Changsha, hometown of the great leader Chairman Mao, I came specially to visit Hunan Broadcasting System and watch Mango TV variety shows. I chose Fenmo Hotel right next door, and its location is unbeatable!
The hotel features an elegant and cozy environment. Guest rooms are spotlessly clean with complete supporting facilities. The front desk provides English service, enabling smooth communication for foreign guests. The stunning night view outside the window in the evening makes it a perfect accommodation choice for sightseeing trips.

MMario NugrohoThe hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay.
An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly.
We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful.
There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use.
We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus.
There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby.
If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the toiletries were complete and high-quality. The hotel environment was quiet with excellent soundproofing, so I got a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Plus, it's conveniently located with easy access to transport. Great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserIt's quite good, bringing the children husband and family to Changsha, in the center of Xingsha County, buying things and everything is quite convenient, the most important thing is more than 100 pieces and free parking, this point is done quite well, can be rolled back and forth Large bed room, the bed is quite soft, the family can sleep not crowded

Bblackcupcake999Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

PPimm VongsvivutThis is one of the most affordable accommodations located within walking distance to Changsha International Airport. Its ideal if you just want an affordable place for a good rest before taking off. Although the room is not modern and is actually home-stay style, but it's clean and equipped with all the standard amenities. Upon arrival, the manager even kindly offered to upgrade two of us from one queen-bed room to two single-bed room with sitting toilet free of charge, which we greatly appreciated ☺️ For 2 persons, staying here in a private room with a private bathroom is even better than staying in a shared accommodation in a hostel. We just walked 25 minutes to the airport 👍
