The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay.

The hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay. An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly. We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use. We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus. There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby. If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly clean with no strange odors. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the toiletries were complete and high-quality. The hotel is cleaned in place, the floor, countertops, and washing corners are clean, the towels are soft and odorless, and the toiletries are complete and easy to use. The room has good lighting, large floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious layout and not depressing, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the rest quality is full. The service is intimate throughout, take the initiative to guide the route, quiet and not noisy, and live in peace of mind and comfort.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

A huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there. The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there. The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station. Everything about the hotel experience was great.

The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

Location: About 1 kilometer from the airport, an easy walk. Cleanliness: The room was bright, clear, clean, and comfortable. Environment: Newly renovated, stylish and cozy. Fully equipped! Transportation is very convenient, with a subway station right outside and bus stops nearby. Excellent value for money, highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again!
