The location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were two issues that affected my experience. First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument. Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay.

There are many hotels in this area, and an all-season hotel is even in the same building. I chose this one because it offers better value for money and a more reasonable price! The room was relatively clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. It was convenient to control the room with the XiaoDu smart speaker. The room was also spacious, and the bed wasn't too hard! The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, so no cold drinks in summer… I really liked the showerhead; the water pressure was great, making for a comfortable shower! Another reason I chose this hotel was that my Ctrip member booking included a complimentary buffet lunch and a late checkout until 4 PM. However, the front desk wasn't clear about these benefits during check-in, and I had to confirm them repeatedly. It seems there's a disconnect between the hotel and the platform regarding their partnership! Also, regarding the complimentary buffet lunch, the front desk said the dining hall was closed, but they could deliver meals to the room, which was good service. However, they sent two identical meal boxes, and the variety was very limited… If there's no buffet lunch, shouldn't this be communicated in advance when booking the hotel?

This hotel is so convenient! The location is easy to find and conveniently located, with free airport shuttle service, so you don't have to bother with taxis. The front desk staff are incredibly proactive and welcoming; they helped with check-in as soon as you walked in, and their attitude was excellent throughout. Choosing this hotel is definitely a safe bet.

I came to Changsha for a business trip, and this hotel happened to be near my client. The front desk is on the 30th floor, but the elevator is basically direct. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There's also a free laundry room. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Plus, being on a high floor meant it was quiet, so I had a really pleasant stay. The only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the noodles were just okay, but it's great value for money overall. I'm very satisfied!

This hotel selected for Changsha trip really exceeded expectations, and the overall experience was full! The decoration style of the hotel is simple and high-end, the aesthetic is online, the overall clean and elegant, and there is no cheap feeling. The room is on the high floor, the lighting is particularly good, the space is spacious and bright, the transparent is not depressed, and the living is particularly comfortable. The bathroom has been designed to separate dry and wet, the washing area is clean and dry, and the cleaning is very meticulous. The most pleasant surprise is the hair dryer in the room, which has a high texture, strong wind, negative ion hair care, fast and soft hair blowing, and the details are in place. The location is excellent, very close to the Window of the World, the Underwater World, and the colorful box of the Mango Platform. It is very convenient to travel and play. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, the whole process is patient and caring, and the needs can be responded in time. Affordable, hardware configuration and service are far more than hotels at the same price, and the price is super high. This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly clean with no strange odors. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the toiletries were complete and high-quality. The hotel environment was quiet with excellent soundproofing, so I got a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Plus, it's conveniently located with easy access to transport. Great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

The hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.
