The room had an open city skyline view right outside the window, and pulling back the curtains in the morning instantly brightened my mood. The most surprising part was the complimentary laundry service – it was incredibly useful for me as I was traveling for several days. My clothes were washed, dried, and ready to wear, making everything so hassle-free and convenient. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

The hotel offers great value for money, and both the front desk staff and cleaning aunties are very friendly. It includes a free airport shuttle service, and the driver is professional and kind. I felt quite secure knowing the hotel rooms have security latches, there's a 24-hour front desk, and the rooms are clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

SStannaThe hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.

The most important:
The room was fresh and smell-free, and the bedding was very clean. The mattress is very comfortable. I don't know if it is latex that is more than 5cm thick on the mattress. I need a good rest after driving for a day. Don’t be too comfortable with three or four windows in a room.
Room facilities:
There are all the regular supplies. The shampoo and shower gel are very easy to use. My hair was smooth the next day. The towel was used to wipe hair. It smelled like a disinfectant cabinet. It must have been disinfected carefully. UV rays add a toasty flavor.
Disadvantages:
It's not easy to find. Although it is on the roadside, there is no obvious name brand. You can only see it from the inside of the building on the 13th floor.
The door cannot be locked from behind, and merchants should reinforce this point.
The toothbrush is a bit hard.

AAnonymous UserThis time I came to Changsha to choose the Venus Resort Hotel and was completely surprised! The room is facing Songya Lake, and the window is the open lake view. The smog and the lake are integrated on rainy days, and the atmosphere is directly full. The hotel lobby is high-end, the marble floor and the high-rise design are super textured, the front desk check-in efficiency is very high, and the attitude is particularly friendly. The room facilities are very new, the bedding is soft, the sleep is super comfortable, and the sanitation is also very clean. The overall stay experience is full, and I will choose this one next time I come to Changsha!

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.
