"Booked this hotel for its location to the airport (5 mins) for early morn flight. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Near the hotel is the Mumadun Metro Station (Line 6) No nearby mall but 10 minutes walk away is a supermarket and another 5 to 7 minutes is the Bailian Outlets Plaza for branded goods shopping. Local street food set up shop on Sunday evening ard 630 pm near the Metro exit opp the Mixue. Not sure if it is a daily occurrence. There is also the local titbits shop and a 24 hrs McDonald's. Lots of places to eat ard. For the shuttle bus to the airport, many guests turned up for the 530 am bus. Luckily, the luggage all got onboard and passagers who didnt get a seat can stand. Perhaps it may be good if the hotel can take indication from guests and prep for two buses."

"Yesterday, my flight from Wuxi to Changsha was delayed due to a typhoon. I arrived at the hotel past 11 PM and even bumped into some flight crew in the lobby. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded my room for free and gave me complimentary breakfast. The room was fully smart and very comfortable, with the temperature and humidity just right. After a whole day of traveling, I fell asleep soundly almost immediately. In the morning, I woke up to my alarm and went down for breakfast. The Changsha rice noodles were absolutely delicious; I devoured two bowls! Back in the room, I discovered that the window could actually open for ventilation, which was a huge plus ✨. My stay at the Vocca Hotel was truly amazing, I honestly feel like I made the right choice. Thumbs up! 👍"

"The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to Trinity Bosch. What's truly impressive are the comprehensive facilities. Everything from high-speed Wi-Fi and smart room controls to a gym and a heated pool is available. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the well-designed, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The staff were warm and attentive, even following up with a call to check on my satisfaction, which shows great attention to detail. I'll definitely be back!"

"The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay."

"A friend came to visit me in Changsha, so I booked this hotel for her because it's close to the subway. You can hop on the subway right outside the hotel to get to Pedestrian Street and Wuyi Square, which is incredibly convenient for those of us without a car. The room isn't huge, but it's very clean, and the view from the window is the hotel's terrace, which is also quite cozy. The hotel has a slightly ethnic feel to it, and they even serve spicy little fish, which were delicious! The disposable toilet seat covers were a thoughtful detail. Overall, I think it's a great place with high value for money!"

"This hotel is very close to Mumadian Subway Station, making transportation quite convenient. The facilities are brand new, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The self-service laundry room can even dry clothes. The front desk staff are very attentive, and check-in was efficient. I highly recommend this place for business trips or layovers."

"The breakfast hours are great! I had an early competition and needed to be there by 7 AM, so I was really happy that the breakfast opened at 6:30 AM. It saved me from having to buy food elsewhere. It's also super close to the exhibition center, just a 3-minute taxi ride."
