Wyndham Garden Changsha (World Window of China & Mango Pavilion Branch)

Had a fantastic stay! It was clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable. The room was spacious, the location was excellent with convenient transport links, and it offered great value for money. Both the environment and service were outstanding. Definitely the right choice for a stay in Changsha.

The location is a bit far from Changsha city, but the hotel offers free and ample parking, and there are even charging stations available. The staff were very friendly and quick to resolve any issues. We ended up staying an extra night.

The hotel is great, with spacious rooms and a tolerable central AC noise level. The curtains do an excellent job of blocking out light, and there are no strange odors. It truly upholds the standards of a good hotel. The underground parking with charging stations is a definite plus. The hotel lobby design is exquisite, and the staff are well-trained, generous, and enthusiastic, raising the winter temperature by a comfortable 1.685 degrees. And they're quite good-looking too, a feast for the eyes. The HR department certainly has good taste!

This was my first stay at Wyndham Garden, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The latex pillows provided made for a great night's sleep. **Amenities**: The room was equipped with smart home appliances. A single 'XiaoDu' (smart assistant) controlled the electronics, alarm clock, and sound system, which was incredibly convenient. The toilet was also a smart toilet. **Cleanliness**: The room was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find bath balls and bath salts provided for the bathtub. **Environment**: There's some construction nearby, so earplugs were thoughtfully provided. However, perhaps because it was the weekend, I didn't experience any noise. The room's soundproofing was excellent. **Service**: I want to give special thanks to the front desk lady. I left in such a hurry that I didn't get her name, but she was incredibly polite during both check-in and check-out and went out of her way to meet my needs. The cleaning lady on the 19th floor was also very polite and always greeted me. My trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to try the afternoon tea, but the mini-bar had a great selection. I'll definitely come back to stay again if I get the chance!

The hotel is relatively new, and the in-room voice control system is convenient. The elevators are secure with card access to control floor entry. The rooftop gym is quite good. The only drawback is that many smokers gather in the lobby and on the first floor near the elevators, creating an unpleasant atmosphere with a strong smell of smoke. It would be great if the entire lobby could be smoke-free.

Overall, my trip was quite good! The hotel facilities are complete, with a gym and laundry room, and the staff even offer free laundry service. Although a small incident occurred during my stay, the duty manager promptly came to resolve it. The service attitude was excellent, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to friends planning a trip here, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!
