The room was quite comfortable, though the mattress was a bit firm. The hygiene was also good. You can really feel the management's thoughtfulness in the small details within the room, like the alcohol wipes and toilet seat covers. Everything you need is there, which is excellent for this price point. Plus, the airport pick-up service was fantastic!

The hotel is incredibly close to the airport, but surprisingly, it's not noisy despite being near both the airport and a main road. Since it was the off-season, there weren't many guests, and the front desk even upgraded my room for free. They also offer a convenient airport transfer service, which was a great perk.

It was alright. They offer shuttle service, and it's close to the airport with a subway station right downstairs. However, the soundproofing is really bad; I was woken up by noise early in the morning. If you don't mind that, I'd still recommend it.

I especially appreciated the thoughtful little tips and notes found in the hallways and rooms. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spectacular view of planes taking off and landing, both morning and night, and yet, once closed, there's no noise. It was an excellent experience, though unfortunately, my trip was so rushed that I only stayed for a very short night before catching an early morning flight. I would definitely choose this hotel again if needed; it's truly great value for money.

The service was excellent, with a 24-hour shuttle and a delivery robot. I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I'm at the airport.
