We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay at Hotel Grace La Margna St. Moritz, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The team made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Every interaction reflected professionalism paired with sincere hospitality. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable, offering a perfect balance of modern luxury and classic alpine charm. The cleanliness, amenities, and attention to detail were outstanding, making it a pleasure to relax after a day exploring St. Moritz. The hotel’s location is also excellent—convenient yet peaceful, with stunning surroundings that added to the overall experience. Whether enjoying the ambiance within the hotel or stepping out to explore, everything felt seamless. This stay was a perfect transit stop on our journey to St. Moritz, and it left us thoroughly impressed. Grace La Margna truly delivers five-star comfort, service, and elegance. Great that hotel provided complimentary shuttle service from St Moritz train station to hotel. The hotel breakfast was great and with great view. The room furniture is a bit dated and the toilet needed a fresh look. Overall, our stay at the hotel was great. Thank you.

The location is great, with a view of the snow-capped mountains from the window 🏔 and a gas station next door ⛽. The two ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. Since I booked at the last minute, the older lady even showed me several different room types. The only downside was the bathroom, which was about 1 square meter. It was the smallest bathroom I've ever stayed in while traveling. I couldn't even bend over to wash my hair. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area.

We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money.

The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful. The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom. The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it. Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.
