The hotel has a great location, not far from the main St. Moritz train station. After getting off the train, you can walk under the train tracks, cross the main road towards Lake St. Moritz, and you'll see the hotel right away. The only downside is that the hotel is situated on a hill, so walking uphill might be tiring, especially if you have a lot of luggage. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning – truly breathtaking. The service and assistance were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of good quality. There were also Thai-speaking staff members overseeing the dining area.

The hotel has a free pick-up service from the train station, which is very convenient The location is in the middle of two famous hotels, so it is very good, downstairs is Rolex opposite Hermes  The scenery on the sixth floor of the sana is very good. Skiing chairlift 5 in minutes Breakfast is OK Overall, it's ideal.

The hotel is beautiful. Came with complimentary spa and wellness facilities which were great and relaxing. Although the hotel is quite far from the train station, there is regular transportation arranged to and fro the hotel and train station which was really helpful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive as well. Highly recommend this place!

We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.

Hotel is located upslope so it will be better to have a car if you have many heavy luggages. About 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. Hotel room is very comfortable and cozy. There's hot water kettle and fridge. Hotel also has a nice pool and sauna facilities. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff.

Hotel service fee is very good, the room is sad, parking space is a lot of people, breakfast is very rich, the scenery is OK, it is worth your visit, the hotel price is more expensive

This hotel is quite old, but we adore the old-world charm it possesses. It is about 10 mins walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of St Moritz, and about 5 mins drive from the St Moritz train station. If you're taking the train, contact the hotel beforehand and they can pick you up from the train station free of charge. We booked the most basic room, which was already quite spacious though without a balcony or much view. Though the rooms are dated, they are very clean and comfortable. Our booking came with free breakfast and it has a decent selection of Swiss breakfast stables like eggs (scrambled and soft boiled), cheese, pastries, bread, sausages, cereal, mueseli, yogurt, fruits, etc. If you ask, the hotel also has gluten-free bread and vegan milk (oat or soy) for no additional charge. The service throughout the property is excellent and everyone is friendly and willing to help. We had dinner once at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced (by Swiss standards). A few points for improvement - (1) the hotel should make it easier for guests to identify and find the driver of the pickup service. The person picking us up was not holding any sign or possessing anything that indicates his affiliation with the hotel (because of that, we saw another couple almost missing the shuttle), (2) the gym doesn't have much equipment (e.g. no treadmill) and whatever it has is quite old, and (3) the scrambled eggs were rubbery and almost inedible after being left in the heated tray for too long. Suggest that the hotel makes smaller batches so they always stay moist. Seems to be a common problem of Swiss breakfasts due to what I would assume to be high labour cost. Overall, we were happy with our stay in this lovely, cozy hotel.

Advantages: breakfast and coffee are not bad, the girls staff in the breakfast restaurant are very kind and welcoming. The restaurant environment is also very good. Disadvantages: The hotel introduced the room with a kitchen, but the use of the pot requires an additional rent for the pan. The room has simple tableware but no kitchenware. So why emphasize bringing a kitchen in the room type introduction? The faucet and coffee machine in the room have different degrees of damage, which does not affect the use, but it can be seen that there is no good overhaul. I have already responded to the hotel staff before leaving.

There is a bus stop at the door. How convenient is it? There is a supermarket next to it. It takes 2 minutes to get there. It takes 15 minutes to go to the ski resort. The entrance of the hotel is so careful, pay attention to the location carefully

The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful. The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom. The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it. Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.
